A convicted killer who's facing new charges for a serious domestic assault appears to have jumped bail just days after he was released from custody.

Seriously - WHY?!?! I can see the first time someone's up on charges but this guy is a MURDERER and has a "Long history" of not obeying while on parole or bail!!!

What the eff does it take for these people? Does the safety of Canadians not matter at ALL?

Their job is not our safety. It is to reduce jail costs as much as possible. These things are considered acceptable losses.
