Hi All,

I found this forum right now. That's a great opportunity to say "Thank God to made Canada and its fantastic people".

I visited Canada twice. In the summer of 2004, I was in Toronto, Calgary, Banff, Jasper and Vancouver. In the summer of 2005, I stayed 19 unforgettable marvellous days in Vancouver.

I would like getting there for living and I hope to have this opportunity one day.

Ciao !
:)

Daniele.

Hi Juan,

your speaking is not so bad ! :-D

Thanks a lot for your help ! Of course, feel free to ask me for anything useful you think I could do for you.

Well, my actual problem is understanding how much a job offer is good for living in Montreal. Do you think 45/50.000 CAD are enough ? I am sorry but I have no idea... :-(

We Italians have got public Healtcare services, thus we access them by paying taxes. But sometimes, having a private Healtcare insurance might be better to make your life saved... :-D. What about the Canadian one ?

Thanks,
Dan.

$45,000 to $50,000 a year is enough to live in Montreal. And Canada has a public health care system.

Forty five to fifty thousand dollars a year should let you live fairly comfortably in Montreal. Forgive me if I make the assumption that you are a single person. Raising a family of five with that amount of money might be a little less comfortable. My wife and I are retired and live on Vancouver Island, B.C. which is just about as far away from Montreal as you can get in Canada. We have friends in Montreal that we visit at least every two years.

Again Welcome.

Thank you very much, Juan !

Yes, I am alone. No family and/or children coming at the moment. Ok, when I come I there I will inform you again.

Are you living in Vancouver ? Please, stop speaking about Vancouver... I left my heart there. You make me crying... :-( .

Well, hope all your best !

I will be back into The Forum tomorrow. It's midnight now and I go sleeping. See you tomorrow,

Ciao!
:-D

That's what so great about immigration....

People choose a country to love and move there.

Can't ask for anything better.

Some citizens take their nation for granted.
