China isn't a global military power like the USA, Britain and France. It can't project its power far beyond its borders unlike the other three. China could win s war in its own backyard against those other three powers but would struggle to do so further afield.
China is a regional power. The USA, Britain and France are the only three countries that can project massive power anywhere around the globe.
I'll reword it for a simpleton like you: only three countries possess blue-water navies and they are the United States, the United Kingdom and France. China doesn't.
