Celts

At one point Ireland and Britain were part of main land Europe, As the ice age receded Britain and Ireland got cut of by the sea, the Celts migrated from main land Europe from with in an area in called Germania( this is a fact ) they ether wiped out or inter- bred with the in-habitance Britain and Ireland, turning both into Celtic nations ruled by various tribes of the Celtic nation.
As the Roman grip on Europe began to wane, tribes from Germania, angles and Saxons migrated into Britain, the school of thought here is that the areas that they lived in became flooded an area that is now known as Holland today, note Celts and Angles- Saxons both came from Germania, tho different times periods. And all were derived from the indo-Europeans
that lived there before !
As it is Celts fought Celts and Vikings and Angle-saxons and they fought with in there own groups to.

I remember several yrs ago, a female archeologist, while on a dig north of Auckland, in New Zealand, found celtic artifacts that put the celts in NZ before maori.
Maori put so much pressure on the gov that it legislated that no archeological digs were to be permitted there again. Kind of threw the maori land claims and land rights out the window ......
