Like most people, I enjoy a good joke but the one of the Queen on a toilet goes too far.
After all, how many of us at 90 are head of an organization (commonwealth) that consists of over 2 billion people. With most of those people standing for an anthem that is just yours. Plus curtesy or bow when meeting you.
Unfortunately you also have an adult child who starts off a public speech with " mummy"

I have always wondered why people find how a person looks, to be fair game for jokes. I am fully able to look in a mirror and make my own opinion of what I see. I am sure that Princess Royal doesn't require any help either. She certainly has taken a lot of ribbing due to her looks, over the years. However it is almost never mentioned that she is one of the most hardworking royals and was a world-class equestrian

this forum has many who make fun of 'women', just ignore, and leave it with the source, belongs to them,
has no bearing on anyone else.

this is a wonderful time for the queen, that picture of her with her gr. grandchildren and grandchildren
was adorable.

I have great respect for her, and she and her husband are living to a ripe old age, and look good doing
so, hope they stay around for many more.

I have many relatives in England who I have never met, except for one, but I'm sure they are all
delighted and celebrating this occasion, if my granddad was still around he would be so proud of her,
he had freedom of the city of London, veteran of boar war, world war one, very loyal to the king/queen,
and a very proud Englishman thru and thru.
