The Liberals have NEVER liked having the military and even his dad reduced the military to such an extent that when my hubby went on exercises there were times when they didn't have enough bullets so had to shout - bang, bang!! True story.
If he was on exercise, I would certainly hope he was shouting "bang bang" rather than firing live ammo.

The fewer people in large areas shouldn't have their economies wrecked by clueless citiots thousands of miles away. Large ridings need equal power to cities.

Sure, let's have North West Territories govern the country lol

Just so you know, democracy is based on the proportion of people, not land.

So, if we're going to give the sovereign power to the owners of the resources, we should limit the franchise to. . . the government!

Or maybe the Crown.
Definitely not the crown. Most of us do not recognize inbred foreigners as having any power over us. Government decisions need to be voted on by the people in the areas affected. Someone in downtown Toronto has no right to make decisions that negatively affect large areas of the country that depend on resource development to survive.

You said the franchise should go disproportionately to the resources. The resources are mainly owned by the government. Therefore, according to your logic, the franchise should go disproportionately to the government.

Are any of those three statements incorrect?
