Thanks for that interview - I originally saw the link on MJ's blog, but just now I went back there to look for it and it was a little hard to find - having it here was very convenient! he was interesting. I just knew he had to have a background in jazz guitar, it's so obvious. Kind of obvious too that he's an experienced session player, since he plays in so many styles so well. He seems like a no - BS kind of guy. I didn't get to talk to him all that much when I met him but he struck me the same way then. Interesting details about KAB and their methods. I wish he had been asked a few more things about that.

This fair is near where I live. Should I go to see Boys Like Girls this weekend? Uncle Kracker? How about the RCMP? - you Canadians are everywhere.

He does doesn't he? I can just see him telling them all to get to work. Actually I think he does in that soundcheck video I have from Detroit.

Is it the musical ride or just the police force? If they brought their horses it's kind of cool, if they're just handing out traffic tickets the thrill goes quickly. :) Boys like Girls.. meh. Uncle Kracker .. more interested in him actually.

Interview with Hedley and the NHL, I was looking for a Hey Rosetta vid, but maybe they didn't do one.

Hedley interview Video - NHL VideoCenter

Also a performance of On My Own (not really a fave of mine to be honest)

Hedley live performance Video - NHL VideoCenter

Archie at Z100. Guess z100 is biting on the single.

Z100 - New York's Hit Music Station - Live Online Chats and Events

David looks so grown up ! :)

The interview with Andrew was interesting. I was sure he was older than 24, LOL. I thought he was older than me!

I just watched Archie's interview with Jim. David does look grown-up, but he still looks very young for his age! Even Jim was talking to him as if he were a kid!

So, nice surprise at the end of Being Erica tonight, right?

I'll have to watch that one - haven't seen it yet! I'm slacking off. He's always looked SO young to me. He looks more young adult now, than child. Which is good. LOL

So, nice surprise at the end of Being Erica tonight, right?

Not sure what this means...I'm guessing it has to do with Sebastian? If so, what?

Interesting you guys thought Andrew was older. I never thought that. Who's the oldest? Must be Ryland. He's 30, I think.

You're so smart. :) It does have to do with Sebastian. He showed up in the last 5 minutes of Being Erica so that means he's in the next episode.

And I think Torres is 31 so that makes him oldest.

I know! I had to read it a couple of times to convince myself it was real!! (It is real, isn't it?)

The interview wouldn't play for me. :(

“He’s a good Halifax guy,” Rosin said. “The people on the east coast of Canada, if you ever have a chance to go or if you’ve ever had a chance to meet Sidney, are the real salt of the earth.

From the time I spent on the east coast of Canada as a kid, ITA. Some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Rosin enjoyed CONSOL Energy Center so much that he is looking forward to having the chance to play here some day. “I can’t wait to come in here and light some pyrotechnics off and fly my singer around,” he said.

I have no idea what this means.^

Oh, and by the way, when I looked this guy up, I noticed one of you is following him. May I suggest unfollowing him? lol. Funny he comes up with this negative article the day Kris announces his third single (it's even mentioned in the article). Ah, there are a lot of haters, eh?

I won't unfollow him. I usually like Andy Dehnart, he's a no bull-s**t kind of guy. I've known his website for years even though I watch like only three shows he covers, LOL. Even though he covers Idol, he only follows two former Idol contestants on twitter, Kris and Adam. So, I guess he might care at least a little about them.

I don't care if you unfollow him, I was only kidding about that, of course that's your choice. Your taste is your own.

I thought that article was pure poison darts. The entire thing was completely derogatory and negative. What does he mean by the money reference? Why criticise the number of headlining gigs Kris will do during his Lifehouse tour? (How many would he be expected to do during a tour with another band?) Why is opening for Lifehouse supposed to represent failure? Jordin Sparks also won Idol and even though that was several years ago, she only recently - last summer - had her own headlining tour. Which I don't believe was too successful. But Kris is being singled out as the Idol winner who isn't headlining? Personally, I think it's pretty easy to read between the lines and see who this guy is a fan of.

Anyhow, I can't respect him for what seems to me like a lot of cheap shots.

Besides, it seems that he deliberately wrote something negative about Kris the day Kris announced his single (he knows about that, because he commented on it).

I was unclear in my post above. When I said

What does he mean by the money reference?

I meant, "what does he mean to prove"? The figure is from last Feb. and was a low-ball estimate (didn't Forbes have him making 1.7 million?). I'm sure he's made more money in the past 7 - 8 months, so why dredge up old numbers? Sorry but I think this guys's unfair. If he didn't twist things to make them look bad, maybe I'd think different.

Anyhow - he didn't kill my Alright With Me buzz. :)

To me this seemed more like a slam against Lifehouse than Kris. Yeah, it wasn't particularly complimentary towards Kris, but it was more of is that the best you can do - have him open for Lifehouse? kind of thing.

Personally since I think the Lifehouse gig is a really good one for Kris, whatever he has to say about it doesn't really bother me at all. And I really agree with one of the commenters on the article that this is a marathon not a sprint kind of sentiment, building upwards and taking it slow really is what Kris has to do. Idol is a great springboard but foundation building takes time, and you know Kris takes his time on things. :)

The headlining and money thing though is irritating. But, whatever dude.

Hey Rosetta in Toronto Warm up. on Twitpic

Hedley in Toronto - This is why I love my city! Yonge Dundas Square Hedley performing!! Its bananas out here! | Plixi They showed them playing on TV apparently.. missed it. They are also trending on twitter.. I still think Perfect was a weird choice for Hockey promo. I stand by that statement. :)

So who's Jive's fave? Can you tell? LOL

I hope Tim has several copies of that shirt, LOL, he always seems to be wearing the same one these days!

They showed a few seconds of Hedley on RDS here in Québec (the French TSN) before the game. They named them Headley, oops!

So who's Jive's fave? Can you tell? LOL

Hee! Well, in their defense, Archie just released his album this week, so makes sense that they're trying to promote him a lot.
