"Mr. Warwick, where have you been? Adam is struggling? You must be living in Idol Bubble to not notice Adam Lambert hysteria,we fan cant get enough of Adam,we eat up every bit of news about Adam. He is here to stay for a very very long time, his devoted fans will see to it.I think AI needs Adam to breath some life into the show that is struggling after Adam because Adam has raised the bar so high that no one can come even close to it."

And with that I bid you good night.

You're right, though, missaddicted, this part disturbed me the most:

"And hopefully we’re gonna do that for him this week, and we can start putting him back firmly where he belongs, as a major star. Because the guy is an incredible talent. He genuinely is. And it kind of breaks my heart to see someone with that much talent struggle a bit. So hopefully we can do back for him as he can do for us."

Wow. What do they think he can do for them?

Anyhow, I guess we should prepare for some major, major pimpage, the most flattering presentation, with Adam coming across as the warmest, super-nicest guy, as well as a very-specially-lit-and-photographed supahstah presentation of WWFM.

I'm not sure they can do what they expect to do. It may give Adam a boost, but a permanent one? It also may backfire, it seems so deperate.

Are you ready for this from MJs blog?

Love Kris’s show tonight! Geez he was soo good and funny. I don’t bellieve one minute he drank anything. He’s just an happy guy and someone who LOVES performing and it shows
Yeah, I know. He just seemed so happy and so chatty – more than usual. I’m sure he is not really drunk. But, I couldn’t believe that he even did the hip rolling thing.
I have to see that again. And MITM w/ the audience singing the chorus.
You know what ? Maybe he won some money in Las Vegas 2 days before .
And Ford needs to air HIS ads more often since he gave a shout out to that.

I don't think Kris was drunk at all! Maybe he had a beer or something at the baseball game. I just think he was in a silly mood and it totally worked for me!

Of course he wasn't! Listen, if there's one thing you can be sure of, it's that when Adam is getting bad press, "they" always come up with some nasty rumor about Kris to create a smoke screen. Every. single. time.

That concert of Kris's got some attention, and seems to have been very well received.
It was a blast, wasn't it? I'm kind of sorry he's not doing CSA, but maybe he only does that with the band. I miss that one.

I meant to say, yesterday, part of why what Warwick said didn't bug me was that he said more of less what I said on MJs and got argued with a lot!

I actually can't believe that Warwick admitted that there was trouble. He should have just ran with benevolent mentoring. It makes them look a little desperate. They already did, but for us to know that they know that they do.. (OMG headache) it seems different somehow.

I wonder why they've taken such an interest in making Adam a worldwide superstah, when they didn't with anyone else? I do really like Adam and seriously if they'd stop pushing him so hard it would fall into place a lot easier. No one likes to be told, they like to discover.

I keep thinking of that Australian Mardi Gras video that we all thought was pretty OTT, with Adam in the glittery make up, and the codpiece, and the dancers, and all. Honestly, who is this supposed to appeal to? I can't see why 19 thought this would be a "worldwide superstar," because those people usually appeal to the masses.

I'm watching the show. We'll see how this goes. I may have to stop watching at any given time.

It's 4 minutes into the show right now.

Seacrest talking to the mentor. The audience reception is mild indeed.

Have they adequately explained why Adam Lambert is mentoring Elvis Presley night? No? Okay, moving on...

Crystal:

I don't like her voice tonight at all. Wasn't it Zack Werner who once described Kelly Clarkson as "shouting with tone?" That's what it reminded me of. I guess I'm in the minority!!

It was very Bonnie Raitt-ish, and though I like/respect Bonnie I don't like her voice.

The Adam intro was whatever. But, he's a nice guy and he brought his mom, so I'll try to play nice with him tonight.

All the Glee cast (or almost) is there!

I really enjoyed Crystal tonight. The thing is, I still don't find her exciting and I don't think I ever will. If I had to decide today if I would buy her album, well, I probably wouldn't buy it.

Andrew:

Yeah, that was not great. Not even good. I BLAME ADAM LAMBERT! lol Well, actually, maybe I do, because this is not who Andrew is, and making him "go bigger" was a mistake. Andrew, be yourself, be laid back, cool Andrew.

Yeah, they definitely want him gone, with the death spot and all. And I seriously think it's his time to go. I don't blame Adam. Last week, Andrew was Mr. Cheeseball all by himself and he was Mr. Cheeseball again this week.

Bye Andrew.

I didn't think Andrew was Mr. Cheeseball, I just thought he was very, very far from his own performing persona. He's a nice guy who doesn't have enough sense of himself to know what to do on this show.

Tim:

I guess it's now become some kind of sin to say this guy sucks. But HE SUCKS. He CANNOT SING. And I'm totally freaking sick of the love for him. This is American Idol.

Singer-songwriter? Is he a songwriter?

I liked Tim! Go Timmy!

(Kill me now.)

But I actually liked his performance, yes I did!

Oh, and he didn't listen to Adam's advice, LOL.

Hi Risus!

Adam just said "break a leg." That's a theatre term. Rockstahs don't say break a leg.

Lee is good tonight. Oh-oh, here he goes, off key again. He was great for the first few bars.

missaddicted!!! I always respected your taste up until now. I'm shocked you like Tim. I really am. This is the search for a recording artist.

ETA: This guy is just like a guy from the local high school who stumbled into the competition by mistake. He's not an artist. He's not a singer. What is he? Please tell me.
