I was kind of shocked he so bluntly said Adam isn't doing very well. But I'm stunned they're using Idol to prop him up. (And by omission, it seems they must think Kris is doing all right. Or at least as well as they figured he'd do.)
Kris needs to lose the hat, though. It's hard to see his face. Cuts down on the audience identification or something. Some guy is still yelling I want your body.
These people are drunk.
Well, you may have to bite the bullet because it may be The Truth. I have no idea why they love that song so much, but they seem to. Remember when the album came out, Kris's mother and Daniel were asked what their favorite song was and they said The Truth? I was kinda surprised.
Maybe they'll pull a Hedley move and release one song to HAC and another one to pop, sort of staggering them. It happens sometimes.
I'm going to have to go to bed soon. It's this song then LLWD.
This is a fun concert but the one I saw, I really have to say, was much better. He sounded a lot better and it was really tight musically. This is kind of sloppy, but it's enjoyable, too.
I think he sounds awesome! Even with the so-so sound from the webcast (well, it's actually pretty good for a webcast). And I love the sloppy too, it's hilarious.
It's good to see a full concert like this. I always think he sounds good, but to me he sounded a little ragged at times, no big deal. Sometimes Kris sounds in better voice than other times, to me. Anyhow, it was so great to see this, wasn't it? So much fun to see a full set.
About the Slezak article: The swaybots don't bother me. I mean, I look it this way. Whatever people are doing in the audience, I want to see it. That's what makes a live show fun. I want to see what I would see if I were there. Now Slezak has gotten them to move the camera up higher? So it's like we're cut off from seeing what's going on. To me that's dumb.
I hate the swaybots. It's not as if it was natural for them to do this. They make the audience do this. Even if it doesn't really fit with the song. I'll be happy if the keep the cameras away from the swaybots.
If they'd just let the audience move their arms when they want it would all work out. It's like trying to manipulate Adam's success. They try to manipulate the audience too. If they would just relax people would move their arms. Just not all at once. It's the same with Adam, give him space and time, and it will work out. Try to force him on people and they will rebel.
