The only 2 that I like were Tim and Todrick.

I think Tim will be safe. Not sure about Todrick. It's hard to speculate on who's going to leave.

Any ideas?

Damn! Tim is probably in the Top 12. Please, not Top 10. (Oh, yeah, you just know he'll be in the Top 10.)

Ugh. Kara cried!!!! I was sitting on my couch during Mike's performance and I was like: "I am so bored. I am sooooo bored. I am so f*****g bored!".

Oh, I think this is old time AI singing and I don't really go for that. Holding the note, and all. I don't know. Not my thing.

Not mine either, I'm 100% with you on that.

And I'm with you on Todrick. I don't think the guy sounds good at all.

I have NO clue who will be going on. Seriously! Any ideas? It's so hard to predict. They're all so "meh" as a group of guys.

Anyone you need me to vote for? I'm not even sure I'm gonna vote.

Well, if you want to give 5 votes to Lee for me, I wouldn't be unhappy, but I wouldn't blame you if you didn't vote for anyone. Not sure I would. Well, I would probably give those 5 votes to Lee, but that's it.

LOL. I'm getting caught up on my twitter feed and nobody liked Big Mike. And I've seen countless comments about how AI has definitely jumped the shark.

Tonight sucked!

I expected Lee to change it up more. He didn't change it up enough so that it made sense for him to pick that song. It would have made sense if he had changed it up to really fit him. I'm still a fan of his voice, and I still listen to his album a lot, but I'm starting to lose faith in him on the show. He doesn't have the confidence to pull it off, he should stop listening to the judges and do what fits him. His album doesn't sound like a Hinder song or a pop song like Fireflies, it's a folk-acoustic-rock album, with some touches of blues and country.

I agree for such a surprising song choice (and it was.. he stripped all the pixie right out of it) he really didn't do enough to warrant choosing that song, but it was alright.

For Alex, I agreed with the judges, he sounded good, but he does need to let go and just feel the performance.

I was shocked that Tim sounded good too. You're right missaddicted Hallelujah is overplayed right now. From K.D., and Justin Timberlake, just this past winter to Jason who had a big moment on the show with it. I was scared for Tim, but he did good. Not bad at all. Way better than I thought it was going to be. If that's saying anything, lol.

His fondness for covering woman singers is starting to remind me of Theo.

Oh, man. We are on the same wavelength here. My note is don't you know any male singers Andrew? But to me it did seem like he was chasing his tail a bit. You don't really have to re-invent the wheel Andrew. Just sing something really well. He's got the voice, (a-may-zing voice) but he seems to be spinning in circles at the moment. And for me it's all about song choice.

Casey:

I don't know the song and I felt the song itself was a bit meh. (Was he singing about cats and sweaters? That's what I heard. Seriously. ) BUT I thought he sounded the best I've heard him, and this at least felt like an honest performance. He looked Comfortable up there, I agree Ellen.

Aaron, the beginning was pitchy dawg. The end got better... so meh..

Great voice.. sometimes..

Meh. That was my reaction for all of Andrew, Casey and Aaron.

With you on that!

I agreed with Ellen on Andrew. It picked up to late. It only became interesting in the last 15 seconds.

And yes!

Toddrick:

It's the best I've heard him sing, he seems to have cut out all the riffs which I despise. I agree with Simon though it seemed very Broadway to me too. Not that there's anything wrong with Broadway, but... not what I'm looking for from Idol.

Michael.

Well, I loved it. :) Not like Kara loved it, but I really loved it. It felt like one of those off talked about moments to me.

Kara is so annoying. OMG.

They just re-aired Kelly singing at the Much Music video awards. (like right as I type this) Kelly is awesome. :)

I'll give Lee some votes. I like him, anyhow. I'm pretty sure he's in. I think Aaron might need to worry. For some reason, also Andrew.

The only ones I really want to stick around: Lee, Alex, Andrew, and Casey.

I shouldn't harp on it, but Tim's phony, big-eyed "Who, me?" looks when the judges praise him are almost sickening. So totally the opposite of Kris's genuine reactions when he couldn't believe he'd made it through to the next round. Can you tell I don't like this guy? lol

Ugh. Kara cried!!!! I was sitting on my couch during Mike's performance and I was like: "I am so bored. I am sooooo bored. I am so f*****g bored!".

LOL!!! And thanks. I agree eleventy thousand percent.

Kara is such a weirdo. I think she's totally genuine, but, strangely, her genuine personality sucks on TV. I bet in person she's nice enough. She comes across as pedantic and at the same time stupid, if that's possible.

I voted for Lee about 30 times. It's not hard to hit the redial button. Now I'm going to vote for Alex.

Funny thing about Kara, though. I'm always rooting for her to do better. I actually like her. Sort of. Last season she was the only one who ever said anything about Kris that I thought made any sense, for instance. Not consistently, by any means, and her pimpage of some others was horrifying. But there are those glimmers. Plus, I don't think she's any worse than Ellen, at this point. Ellen is not really a disappointment to me because I knew she'd be just about like she is, but she's hardly stellar. The thing with Kara is not what she says, usually, but how she says it. She just tries too hard. She should show us her unguarded self. Like, however she is around the house. I'm not kidding.

Ha, I like Kara too. She's just so annoying when she cries, or rubs up against Simon. I don't even know... she should stop chasing her tail too. Don't try to be funny or cute, just give advice.

Because her advice when she gives it without the schtick. Is excellent. Cute and funny will come.

Maybe it's good advice for all of them, judges and singers alike. Relax and do what you do best. Everything else will come.

I do agree that Kara gives good advice in general. Well, more than Randy and Ellen could ever give. My problem with her is that she does try too hard. So, I agree with both of you.

Still resent her for No Boundaries, though. Still can't believe that 3 professional songwriters couldn't come up with something better than that dreck.

Thanks for the Kris break. I never saw anybody like this in my life. Maybe I'm just very in tune with him, or maybe everyone feels the same way. Because I never disagree with anything he ever says. He never has an attitude I don't like. He never annoys me. He never seems insincere. I don't know if I'll ever meet another person I feel so totally compatible with who I won't actually get married to! lol It's kind of sad!

missaddicted, you're on a roll tonight. Still holding No Boundaries against Kara. Not that I blame you. :p

Good point. Kara FAIL.

he never seems insincere.

I agree. It's a good thing he doesn't like to shower or he'd never get off that pedestal. :p

That's it. I still say she's genuine, but, yeah, that doesn't mean she's not pushing.
I hoped this year she'd be more comfortable. Thing is, I would recommend she be like Jake Gold, for ex. He makes no attempt to be charming, he's kind of sour, but he's serious and I respect him for taking the job seriously. And he has a good sense of humor that just emerges naturally. He never pushes.

And he had Miley on his iPod. Demerits, right there.

What I was saying was in comparison to most performers or people in th spotlight. I like some, love some, dislike or hate some, but he's the only one I completely respect, I guess.
