Yeah, what I liked the most about David's answer was the "right now".

Still can't find Let It Be on iTunes... hopefully it'll be there tomorrow morning.

Let It Be is still not on iTunes, apparently. I don't know what it is with iTunes. Think how much money could have been raised while the perf. was still fresh in people's minds.

In that context, it makes sense. I don't see it for artists other than Kris and Adam, on the chart, though. Not that I looked that close.

Did you guys listen to Kris on Seacrest? He was hilarious. And Ryan was nice. Will wonders never cease?

I think (maybe) it is no longer the fashion to diss Kris. Maybe even might become cool to like him.

Well, this is frustrating. When I click a link to go to iTunes to the Let It Be single, I can find it, but when you look under Kris's name, it's not even there! And that in the U.S. store. I can't find it by searching for it, not in the U.S. store and not in the Canadian store.

I can find it in the US store but it's not in the Canadian Store yet. Grr! Makes you think itunes has a grudge against Kris, these roll-outs never go smoothly. LOL - seriously people work on that. If you say it's available right after the show, make it available. You could say it will be available tommorrow.. or next week... we would get that.

The only thing I heard is that they had to work out the sound mix? Maybe we're blaming iTunes and we should be blaming Idol for being slow.

Anyway, mj says it's available now (apparently only in the US right now, SleepinIn?) and her comment about it is:

"OMG. This recording is absolutely beautiful!"



Meanwhile, the appearance on Idol didn't do Kris any harm. :)

missadicted, the interview with Seacrest is on MJ's blog. But I don't really have any link to it. It's defintiely worth listening to, and Ryan ends it by giving Kris props. "There's a reason why you won. We all saw it last night." Hey, better late than...

Adam: "Yes, I have been booked on Idol! Can’t reveal the date yet but it’s a ways off… So excited. Kris and Allison were awesome last night."

Gokey is on next week.

Lindsey tweets, “On the set of a secret TV show with a certain Idol winner whose name rhymes with Miss Fallon…Got some b-roll of Kris Allen acting. He did a great job!…it’s a new show called Gigantic.”

Could it be this new show from Teen Nick?

Gigantic is a television series currently in production for the TeenNick TV Channel. It will be the first scripted show for the channel since its September rebranding. The series takes a fictional look at the children of celebrities, and is being filmed mainly around the Los Angeles area. According to the press release, “Gigantic skewers the celebrity machine while exposing the humanity and comedy beneath the glamour of Tinseltown, with an insider look behind the tabloids and gossip blogs.

I’m sure Lyndsey will tell us soon enough.

Wow. Let It Be climbed the chart fast once it became available. An hour or tow ago I read it was at #135 on iTunes, and it's now at #23. And 14 in pop.

Kris's album is #3 on iTunes pop. The only ones ahead of him are Ke$ha and The Black Eyed Peas.

Top 10 this morning on the overall chart. (At #10. On pop, it's #8.)

LLWD is #18 on the overall chart, #12 on pop.

KATA is still #8 overall, #3 on pop.

Nice numbers.

Looks like Lifehouse's "Halfway Gone" came in #1 on the VH1 countdown. That's what Wikipedia says, anyhow.
