That kinda confirms our fears right? Ugh, I hate when labels do this. Guess that means I'm buying another copy. (I am a sucker like that) I'm going to wait til closer to the 17th to do it though...just in case they elaborate.

Wow, ross, conspiracies everywhere apparently. Honestly, I'm not sure I understand your theory though. What GMA stuff? The leak of the ELLE picture? Why does it matter?

It just is apparent that whenever Kris is to be having some moment in the sun, there's usually something that happens the same day to distract people from the good thing that's happening, make him look ridiculous, create a controversy (remember Textgate?), whatever. Remember all those people who 'suddenly' were fans of the Script (and a song that was an obscure Asian B-side release) when Kris released his single? "It sounds just like The Script!" "It's a copy of The Script's version." "The Script did it better."

The GMA videos were stuff that flooded YouTube -- pages of videos, like 3 pages, at least -- at the very time people were trying to search "Kris Allen" on YouTube for the tailgate party videos. When you searched for Kris, these came up, suddenly, and they hadn't been there earlier. They were weeks old, they were just random, 10 second clips, in some cases -- it made no sense that someone would upload them at that time. Just coincidental, incredibly bad timing? Maybe, but it seemed like a nasty trick to a lot of people. Of course, YMMV, I have no problem with that. :)

I do agree the GMA thing was deliberate.. but there's no point in dwelling on it. Cause there is new stuff on the horizon. Haters to the left and all that.

@liveinvineyard Kris Allen at Miner fricken fantastic! On the way to Cliff Lede!

That's a nice picture. What the heck does the message mean?

I'm having no luck putting a new pic on twitter...It says it may be too big. I doubt it...I don't get it, it should work...grrr.

Aw, his family is there! Nice!

Should we expect videos from tonight? The concerts are open to the public, no?

Are you guys still around? I was fixing my twitter page and got a little too involved. missaddicted, I don't think the concert was open to the public, was it? I think it was by invitation only. But there was someone on some forum who won tix and promised to take video. If possible.

ETA: NO, you're not alone...I'm here.:)

Guys -- this tweet:

# Everyone was standing for Kris at the end! Standing ovation.--1 minute ago from web

Word is he was the only performer to get one. (But maybe he went last. lol)

# lots of banter..had the whole room cracking up. brought daniel on stage and made fun of his lack of hair --half a minute ago from txt

He mashed up Heartless and Gangsta Paradise, as well as Falling Slowly and With Or Without You...! And performed Let It Rain, LLWD, and MITM.

I think I have some good stuff to look forward to at that Christmas show.

It's streaming, but I can't listen in work....some very positive comments on the blog...mostly from Kris fans, of course, but some others, as well. People seem to love All Right With Me, so I guess we were right about that one! Anyhow, very gratifying responses.

I just listened to it once!!! And I LOVE it! Awesome work. I couldn't even name a favorite right now. Even songs that I wasn't sure about after the snippets, I now really like, like Bring It Back.

I admit I don't like a couple of the ballads as much (The Truth and Lifetime), they're a bit more bland sounding, but overall, STELLAR work. I'm so excited!

And I almost burst out crying in my office while listening to I Need to Know, oops!

YES!!!

I wasn't sure about Bring it Back either... and I freaking LOVE It!

I do like the Truth more than I did.. but 'Lifetime'.. eh, well still meh on that one. Lol, can't win them all. 'I Need to Know', I totally almost cried too, lol. I'm a lunatic.

I think I have some good stuff to look forward to at that Christmas show.

I think it will be amazing!

I'm listening now...I'm in love with this album...and this kid can SING, holy moses. Even I'm shocked he's this good.

I haven't listened in order. So far I've heard All Right With Me, Heartless, Let It Rain, Before We Come Undone, Can't Stay Away...I'm on The Truth now. This one is a little over-orchestrated for me, but I think his voice cuts through it.
