SleepinIn this is kind of long, it's a Going Coastal thing with Our Lady Peace and Hedley (Hedley at @ 2.25). I like it because of what happens to Jacob near the end of the clip.

That's hilarious. Seriously those guys are insane. How lucky for Jacob that he met some band members as messed up as he is, lol. I loved the end.. Up the ante bitch. *thunk*

LOL. And I was totally a Spice Girls fan when I was 13. It's all in the past now though.

I liked them too - fan might be too strong for me :) - but I did like them.. I just totally spaced out on Victoria having a singing career.

ross, haven't watched Little Lies yet, have you? LOL.

Yeah, I saw it! The guitar solo was awesome. I don't like the song, though. All Fleetwood Mac songs. I'm sorry. Buzz kill, here. Kris was headbanging -- that was cute. Adam looked uncomfortable.

Hey, no problem. If I'm allowed not to like Jacob and Hedley, you're allowed to dislike Fleetwood Mac! I'm not sure I even know more than two of their songs.

I thought Adam looked uncomfortable on Tell Me Lies too. Maybe it was the lack of plaid.

Check out these Soundcheck videos from youtube. I haven't watched much, but the first one I watched Kris was bouncing around backstage. LOL I thought he was low key guy..

I don't know why I thought of that clip just now, but I guess we were almost still talking about Hedley. For some reason I never get tired of seeing Jacob getting whacked with the mic. His laughing at it just makes it funnier.

Somehow I equate the Spice Girls with ten years ago. Am I right? About the time of the Real World Seattle with the two guys from Virginia Military Academy, and the girl who had lyme disease? For some reason I put that in the same time frame. And 90210 being huge. Ah, good times.

Real World falls into the bermuda triangle of MTV US for me. I've seen current episodes but everything that was prior to MTV coming to Canada was pretty much a lost weekend for Canadians. Unless of course the people managed to make it to a magazine or something. I never had any idea who those folk were. 90210 I've heard of. :) And I think that era sounds about right.

I never really tire of Jacob, true story. lol he's wacko but I love him.

Sounds like Adam had his scream patrol there after all. I did read on some fan site of his that women were getting together and flying across the country to the GMA thing from California and places like that, just to see him. Oh, wait, that wasn't an Adam fan site, it was mj's blog (same thing).

Those clips were great. Hey, eleven days until I see them. I almost forgot! I'm trying to figure out how to do it. The buses/barricades? I don't know. I wouldn't mind seeing them up close, I always like to do that. But going in at noon or so, for a show that doesn't start until seven? After I went to the barricades and possibly took a few pics, then what? Wait around for five hours? And I don't think I feel like going out there afterwards. So I don't know.

Their first album came out at the end of 1996, so 13 years ago. I guess they were still popular 10 years ago, but I had moved on by then!

Oh, yeah, I wanted to say one more thing, though it probably won't come out right. Before the tour the theme of a lot of mjs' blog comments was: Kris has a weak voice, he'll never be able to withstand the tour, he'll never be able to sing in stadiums, Adam has a trained voice, he's toured before, it'll be no problem for him, etc.

And so far it's been the opposite. Adam has had voice issues, headaches, whatever. I don't want Adam to have any problems. I just love that Kris has proven some of these know it alls wrong, that's all.

Okay Katy Perry - I like her, but I seriously hate her grammar and spelling. Is it too much to ask for coherent sentences? Maybe that's not how the Muzic biz rollz. Will that be how she talks to the contestants? Please no.

Plus, I am still bitter over the cape. I am letting it go.. I will be back to liking Katy Perry any day now.

Did you guys see this video from Kris's accoustic Heartless performance at the radio station in AR.

Awesome! AwesomeAwesomeAwesome!

Did that interviewer say awesome enough? Just checkin'.

THANKS for those clips, SleepinIn...I like when I come over here and find Kris clips! It's great to watch him sing, as well as hear him. He doesn't do anything halfway. I re-watched the Central Park Heartless this morning, too.

LOL.

The cape. Between the cape, and this line: "I’m just excited to tell it like it is & high 5 Simon all day. He may be devil of judges but he’s riggght!" I pretty much detest her already.

Seriously, can you believe they're having somebody as a guest judge who wore that cape on the show? That should have gotten her banned for life. Plus, she can't sing. I'm waiting for Waking Up In Vegas to get off my radio. Begone! Scram.

I saw my friends who went to Blink 182/Fall Out Boy/Panic At the Disco/Chester French today (the concert was Thursday, I mean: I saw them today). They said it was amazing, "Ohhh, you missed it, dude! It was epic!" "The best concert ever!" etc. So now I don't know. I gave that up, for Michael Sarver and Megan "Caw Caw" Joy? (By the way, I'm attending this thing sort of incognito. I haven't exactly told everybody I know that I'm going. Not that I have any cred, anyhow, but if I had any this would destroy it. lol)

Nah. For Kris!! Forgot that, for a second.I can live with that. I don't really like Blink anyhow. But I like FOB and Panic. Hey -- look at what they sang. This is from that concert (Comcast Center, Mansfield, MA). HA!

YouTube - fall out boy ft. brendon urie - don't stop believing

Brendon Urie and Pete Wentz make me laugh.

Bah! I say awesome so much that I wouldn't even notice. So that's just awesome. I have to reign myself in sometimes. 'Cause otherwise everything is awesome - and that gets annoying. lol.

I really do like her singing, and I find her funny, but the cape seriously annoyed me. Idol as a competition shouldn't have let that go to air (although live show...) - they did edit it out of the itunes didn't they? That may be my sour grapes because she wasn't a Kris fan showing but I do believe it. But, Adam has said that he'd met her through friends before Idol - so she was just pimping a friend of a friend - so I can't totally hate on her. I'll stick with serious annoyance. Which I will be over shortly. But not just yet. :)

LOL - total cred with me. :) I was reading an Idol attendee's tweets tonight - I think he was forced to attend and he was hating it - til Kris. lol. He really liked Heartless. So Yay.

Hee - that's AWESOME! They got everyone singing along too. All these versions of DSB make me really want to watch Glee when it returns. It's like a summer of Glee promotion.

Try "sick." As in, "That concert was sick! I can't believe you missed it!" Okay. I have to get over this.

I was reading an Idol attendee's tweets tonight - I think he was forced to attend and he was hating it - til Kris. lol. He really liked Heartless. So Yay.

Awesome! (lol) Seriously? I'd like to read that. What's his twitter name? Who's this guy with good taste?

I was just reading a kid's recap (13 yrs old) on mj's blog. Nice stuff, then the comments underneath make you wish people would never have to grow up. I loved how the kid could just enjoy everything so much and not judge too much.
Nice little story about how Kris, who was walking away, came back to pick up her camera that she had dropped, and handed it to her. This was shortly before Adam came out and cured several lepers. Okay, I made the last part up.

All these versions of DSB make me really want to watch Glee when it returns. It's like a summer of Glee promotion.

I don't know nothing about no Glee. Do they sing DSB on the show, or is it the theme song, or something?

Lol - I don't know if I could pull off sick. I'll try to work it in to conversations - lmao. "That spreadsheet is sick".
Awesome! (lol) Seriously? I'd like to read that. What's his twitter name? Who's this guy with good taste?
Well, he's a little hostile. But he liked Heartless. (@JasonNegron) lol

Kris with the camera was cute - did you see the barbershop bubbletweet? And Kris's pez? I love twitter, it is the devil but it provides great entertainment.

It's the theme song for Glee, which they showed an episode of on Fox after Idol. The glee cast singing DSB was the only song to chart higher than Kris or Adam (#1) Glee is about a high school glee club and their competitive singing trials and tribulations. I've only seen one episode -- logically since they've only shown one. But it was fun.
