So are any of the kids getting jobs and moving out of the house? I wonder if Justin got any positive attention after his performance with what's-her-name on Idol? I thought he was best forgotten.

Alex just sang his Butterflies song, and Justin played the box and Andrew played guitar. Really pretty.

No one seems to be leaving yet. LOL Yeah, watching the Justin performance back it wasn't great.

Katie also plays guitar. Who knew? I think Katie could be really big with the right songs.

Andrew singing Sunday Morning.. Really great.

That Billboard iphone app (@idolsnow) must have interviewed Lady Antebellum because they just tweeted that Lady A loved playing with Kris in LA.

Katie with guitar could have taken Crystal on. Too bad Katie never broke it out. (Saying this as someone who was never Katie's biggest fan)

Well. I'm glad it's really official now *rolls eyes*. Thanks MTV. Too bad Kris doesn't get credit for selling a **** load of itunes tracks during the show and after. Even after being saddled with No Boundaries. That song still sold.. and radio stations.. are still playing it. Which I don't even get.

LLWD hit top 10 on AC.

As for single #2, I guess I trust Kris, or Jive, or somebody. They must have reasons for not releasing it yet. I'm not really worried about it. Also, I'm not that anxious for it to happen. I still hear LLWD constantly on the radio (amazingly enough), on HAC more than Pop, right now, and if they're playing it that much, I can't see the need for a new single just yet, I guess.

Where was all the stuff about the fans in the Bahamas talking with the band, esp. Ryland? Was that stuff on twitter? I didn't read any of it. But I guess I read posts about it on MJ's blog (maybe)?

The TWoP Kris thread was shut down again. This time the mod mentions trolls directly. I don't really know what the mod has against fans "gushing," though. That mod tries to be really fair, but I can't agree with the idea that both sides are equally to blame. That seems to be the line, every time the thread is closed. Why not blame who's really to blame? Just saying.

It's still climbing on the CHUM radio chart too (after them taking forever to add it) It was #17 this week and now you can vote on the song on their playlist. First week for that.

So yes, they have a plan. I just wish they had a quicker plan. lol.

I wonder if there are plans for a video? Next time someone asks about questions for Kris I'm asking about the video - screw the single. :)

Looks like those are just shoes, not boots. They look expensive. I think Kris has a thing for shoes, and sneakers. Tom's shoes, too.

(I just blew the pic up to 400% to confirm my observation that he has no laces in the shoes.)

Well, he was a shoe salesman and named his First CD Brand New Shoes. LOL - he knows his shoes.

I think he has a thing for shoes. I have that myself, it takes one to know one. Shoe salesman, Brand New Shoes, Tom's Shoes, the pics of the shoes in his album booklet...

I saw Amber Pacific's album in the store today and I bought it. Listening to it now. (But it's 1:00 and I'm stopping till tomorrow.) The sticker on the album says, "For fans of Boys Like Girls, Jimmy Eat World, & Mayday Parade."

I just finished reading Jesse's liner notes and he thanks Dave Genn for helping him become a better songwriter. He also thanks Katy Perry for kissing a girl and writing about it. (I wonder if the YouTube video he did of that song helped get him this gig?) In the last line, he gives a "very special thank you" to the Amber Pacific fans who have welcomed him, and to "all the fans across Canada who believed in and voted for me. I love you guys!"

I've read some blog reviews that disparage Jesse's songwriting and also compare him unfavorably to Matt, the former singer with the band. I think he's going to have to live with that for a while. I think this album is more pop than the past albums and may turn out to be more popular.

(I just checked the liner notes and most of the songs aren't witten by Jesse, so, not sure what that review was about.)
