Well, Charles Browder tweeted this: "Sorry everyone, I appologize for my stupidity, insensitivity, hate crime, whatever else." lol
So God knows what he did now. The "gay hat" remark?
Idolatry: I don't especially find I'm on the same wavelength as Slezak and his various cohosts this season. I am for some things and not others. Siobhan is interesting and I like her, what I've seen of her, anyhow, as a "personality", but I'm not a big fan of her singing and I don't expect to be. In the comments someone wrote that her singing can be "monotone" like her speaking voice, and the poster has "NO IDEA why people are loving her high notes – yes, she can scream and hold that note, but that doesn’t mean that it sounds good." I agree. By monotone, I think people mean a certain lack of color, or something; a flatness. (Not as in sharp/flat, just flat as in "not round", tone wise. Hope that makes some sense.)
Also I think if you ignore Casey, as they did, it seems much more like a Crystal-Siobhan race (which is what the show seems to want us to feel it is). But you can't actually ignore Casey and he's right up there too.
I agree with Slezak on Tim Urban, agree on Andrew Garcia, more or less, and agree on Katie Stevens. But I don't really get it when Michael talks about the original versions and seems to expect a bit more than I guess I expect.
I agreed with him (not her) about Michael Lynche, and I didn't agree with either of them about Paige. Agreed about Bowersox, but I wonder if the candor people find refreshing right now will always work in her favor.
