I have no clue where it is in the US iTunes store, but in Canada, WWFM is #2 on the general chart right now. Heh.

I guess FOX will be trying to keep their viewers instead of losing them to Lost, because AI will air A LOT of two hours episodes on Tuesdays this year. An two-hour Hollywood episode on Feb 16, some two hours episodes in the semis (I guess) and two-hours episodes for the top 12, top 11, top 10 and top 9 performance shows!!! At least, they won't be worried about going over. Imagine how the judges will be able to take all their time to talk, ugh.

Probably the Grammy radio interview thingy that was today. Lots of people there, lots of press and goodie bags.

ETA: Someone suggest a haircut for Kris before Asia... his hair has gone wild.

Adam's going to be on Much More Music's Daily Fix (which I love) with Matt Wells (whom I love) on Monday. Matt said today that he really liked Adam but he may have called him an asshole, lol. Affectionately. He said Adam laughed about it.

ETA: Asshole is fine. Bull**** not so much?

Matt Wells has a Facebook group.. and campaign to replace Simon - with himself. I'd so go for it.

4. Jim Cantiello went insane because he met Martha Stewart (and fixed her phone). Martha Stewart!!! heh.

5. Kris is a great looking guy but in the scene where he's petting that pussy (I used to watch a lot of Mrs. Slocombe) he looks less than great. Haircut? Is that what he needs? Yeah, maybe.

6. It must be exciting to have had Adam in Canada, interacting with the usual media peeps. But I'm pissed at Canadian media for ignoring Kris, so the Adam/Canada stuff is just something I can't get into. Sorry, I suppose it's irrational, but I can't help it.

Yeah, I get that. And actually Adam getting all this attention has made me more annoyed, because it's like they picked sides instead of supporting both. Almost all of these shows are produced by one company.. it's just a really huge company in Canada.

Kris is dying to look scruffy.

I almost want to repost Kelly's quote. They're all working with the same people!!! Diversity, please! There must be more than 5 talented songwriters in the world.

ETA: He also worked with David Hodges and Claude Kelly... who've both worked with countless Idols, it's almost ridiculous.

There's a reason for everything. I'm sure there's a reason for this. We just don't know what the reason is. I don't believe it's that they "just like Adam and just don't like Kris." I don't suppose we ever will know. If Kris was a loser or had no talent or looks or charisma, I guess I could understand it. but it's hard to believe he (or his video, or music) wouldn't go over well on MOD or on the radio there.

You got me on a Matt kick, I got distracted watching him sing with Sammy Hagar - I'd seen the interview he did with Sammy but not the song they sang together. Much More Much being the traditionally "older" crowd music channel (VH1 if you will) Matt has a show called "Where you at Baby?" where he interviews musicians who are out of the public eye at the moment. He interviewed Sammy and Sammy invited him up to sing with him (more than you wanted to know.. I know, I know.. ) :)

It is ridiculous. I'm glad Kris got to write with some different people even if he did work with the staples too. 19 needs to shake things up a bit.

Matt Nathanson interview is hilarious. :)

About the only time I ever feel the need to post is when somebody makes some dumb statement, but if you word something reasonably I don't see how it constitiutes "fan warring". If I posted this on TWoP or someplace like that, I doubt it would be considered mod-worthy.

I just listened to the Matt Nathanson (too many Matts discussed here at the same time!) interview. And some parts of it are really hilarious. And Matt sings some Boston! I can't wait until he releases a new album!
