Just saw that Adam and Allison's albums won't be self-titled, color me shocked! Though "For Your Entertainment" is even more cheesy than Time for Miracles. It's probably a good representation of what his album will be though.

Yeah, I'm not in love with the title for Adam's album. But really what do album titles mean anyway? I've never bought an album based on it's cool title. Or not bought one because of it's cheesy title.. and hey if you buy it on itunes you can just click edit and call it whatever you please :)

Of course! I was just surprised since Idol albums are almost always self-titled. And if they're not, they are usually pretty cheesy. I don't really care about the title either, though some album titles are really original and interesting.

Doom and gloom

I find it fascinating that on the very day it was revealed Adam's CD will not be self-titled, that person makes an issue of Kris's CD being self-titled. What a coincidence. Now I know it's the same guy. And that whole "Kris can't afford to be stealth" speech. Already read it on a certain blog, about two weeks ago.

I heard the lineup for the Kiss108 Jingle Ball today. The Fray, Justin Beiber, Jordin Sparks, and three others (so far). I was kind of hoping Kris would be announced -- and yet not hoping too much, because I don't like these things.

Can you chat with more than one person at a time?

-- can't figure it out.

LOL at Kris's latest tweet. Throw up, Kris? Let's hope not! But yay for band rehearsal. Could we have your other bandmates's names pretty please?

I don't think you can chat with more that one person at a time. So now I can talk behind your back to SleepinIn, ross. Which is what we've been doing all night, of course.

I'm just kidding!

My neighbor (I'm so missing a letter in this word, sorry!) has this super loud high-pitched laugh that bugs the crap out of me... sorry, I had to get that out.

Okay this makes me laugh. Kris has mastered the proper use of the term 'Sick' - unlike me. I still can't work it into conversation. :)

But totally agree. Names please! It's like a frigging guessing game -- night after night, lol.

I like that Kris doesn't post a lot of details. I'm not even sure why. I think it's because when I do anything creative I hate to talk about it, myself. It's like it takes all the juice out of it to talk about it. And then you open yourself up to a lot of feedback and input you really don't need, also.

I somewhat agree ross, especially in this twitter age (but it's indeed adictive). There's like this insatiable need for information. Even if it leads to the "Balloon Boy" debacle.

Still, I don't think that revealing who the bandmates are is giving too much info. I'm just interested in knowing who he's working with.

I agree that revealing the bandmates doesn't really fit in with what I was saying. He could do that for people who want to know.

What I want to know is, where is he going to be performing with said band? Other than in Chicago in December. I think it's good he has this guy, Cale (assuming he does), along, because they're used to working together and are compatible, plus the guy sings, so he's good backup. If Kris assembles a good band I think it could add so much to what he can do musically and creatively onstage, and if he happens to be friends with at least one of them, then there should be some of that chemistry that I like to see in a band (that goes beyond music).

THIS. THIS. THIS.

We talked about this in regards to Kalan, but it really applies to Kris too. When he was on stage with Cale.. he looked so comfortable. Not that he isn't great alone, but there is a different energy with a band, and since he's not having back-up dancers I think it's going to be really good for him.

and I don't really mind that he doesn't post a lot on twitter. It's probably a better idea not to post too much.. but appearances, and band members names are not supposed to be secrets. lol. Plus when they come his posts are usually pretty funny.

100% agree with that.

It's so funny. Last night, during his show, Cook said that they had a two-week "vacation" during which he'll (they'll?) be filming his appearance on Carrie's Holiday Special. Also he said something about a "surprise" that's he going to "be tapping" and that should "come out" in January. The words between " " are important, because they're seriously the most over-analyzed words of the day. Of course, I admit my curiosity too, but the over-analysis is still pretty funny!

Definitely. Also, for example, Cook having his friends in his band made it easier to go through all the craziness of the "after-Idol". Also, they're already so tight as a band. I don't think they would be at 135 shows and counting if the chemistry wasn't there. But it definitely is, so all is good. Even with the bandmember they found through auditions (well, not considering the bass player who left), they didn't know him, but Kyle the drummer is definitely a great part of the band now. And he's an excellent drummer (with bonus flying hair).

OMG, LOL. I was going to bed, but I saw something funny. A couple of months ago, Cook was featured on Page Six, a story about him dating a woman in her thirties (a nurse/bikini model, LOL!). Now, someone just posted that there is an "interview" with her in Star Magazine about how "David Cook broke her heart".

Gah, tabloids. David hates them and so do I, but sometimes, there are some funny things.
