Yeah Justin. What's your plan for increasing the world-wide price of oil?

Or fixing the Canadian economy so it is less effected. I am told that the current state of the Canadian economy is all the fault of Harper so now that Harper is gone, Justine should be fixing it. I am sure shutting a few more industries down and charging everybody extra money on carbon will fix it.
