where are you coming up with the notion that she said he pushed his pe-nis against her? You posted the OP, didn't you read it?

yup, concrete evidence. Brutal time to joke, but frick.

You're right, she didn't say pe nis, she said that he pushed his pelvis into her back,, and she mentioned that no women should be handcuffed by the police and sexually assaulted.

My name is Dr. S.G.T, I would like to bring into your attention the police assault that happened to me on August 3rd. I was driving to Edmonton to see my patients when I passed a sheriff . The sheriff stopped my car. Then violently hit my window ( not knocking it) on the passenger site. I opened the window on the driver site. I was alone in the car. He asked my driver licence , I mentioned to him I will provide him my driver license as long as he stops hitting my car, or I will record him if he hits my car again. He got mad at me, hit my hand through the window, pulling my cell phone away and told me to get out of my car. I got out of my car, then he immediately placed handcuffs on me , hit me on my both breasts until I got bruises , put me behind my car squeezing my knees , pressing his pelvis against my back until I felt his *****.

Excessive force and sexual assault from an Alberta sheriff | On First Nation Issues, Jobs, Events, And Environmental Issues On The West Coast And World Events.

Read it yourself. It's her writing the letter not me.

Okay, I see now where you got it from, thanks.

If he did what she says, the sheriffs have got an issue on their hands.

A Mouse Once Bit My Sister
cpt, You've jumped to a conclusion as much as I have. You've said she's leaving out important details. You've even further implied it with your Timmy analogy. You've argued that Sal saying 'it was quite a beating', was her coming to conclusions.

The Timmy analogy is to illustrate that there are 2 sides to every story... But maybe it is the case that the Sheriff pulled over a speeder and then kicked the sh*t out of her for no reason whatsoever.... Happens all the time apparently with Cdn cops

It was quite a beating. It was inarguably quite a beating. She's bruised all to hell, she's got holes in her face from rocks. It was quite a beating. One questions what on earth a sheriff is doing, when he has to lay that kind of beating and bruise those areas of someone, to execute an arrest.

Have you ever watched a cop take someone down and restrain them?

They don't use pillows or throw down padded mats prior to forcing a person (boobie side down) into the pavement and gravel... At least not yet

Hmmmm.... I wonder if that kind of circumstance might leave a bruise of or contusion?

Impossible to ever know I suppose.... With all of the compelling 'evidence' you've provided, I'm now 99.99999% sure that it was another example of the mentally unstable, power-hungry schizophrenic, jack-booted police/law enforcement/by-law personnel that are Canada's authorities.

It's all so clear now that we've heard from the victim.

A friggin' dentist or any other kind of dentist IS a doctor!

I explained that 'comment' several pages ago. Why bring it up again?

Okay, I see now where you got it from, thanks.

If no members here bothered to check other articles about this well-publicized incident, that says a lot.

It wasn't difficult to find her Facebook post.

Why should we? I checked to see if there were articles from the sheriff's office and found none. I don't need to hear more from her.

they seemed to have removed her other pictures that were on her friend's site where she is in her hospital gown... I wonder if it is because she has now placed a restraining order against him

Then you swallowed what the Global News article edited for you to read. Too many people do that.

I review headlines, see if they all jive, and look for any sources from the other side of the story. Sorry if that's not enough homework on casual conversation for you teach. lol.

Some people think they have to take sides, rather than let the investigation sort itself out. She's pressed charges, and she's had charges pressed. I don't get why people would hunt down her or the sheriff to try to sort it out themselves and make their opinion heard. Her injuries and his story will be weighed.

*shrugs* if you're so personally wrapped up in it that you want to dig, fill yer boots.

Nothing to 'dig'. It was on page 2 then of a google search of her name. Unless you're on dial-up, doesn't take much.

Yep, after being criticized by two members.

You asked where I got the 'notion'. Now you know where I got my fact.

By the way, I didn't post the Op that you read.

I will confess that when her picture first appeared on my wall crawl I was highly skeptical. I went right to the source of the post and began to look into it. I was skeptical precisely because of the amount of damage done to her face, her torso and legs. I thought no way a cop did that to some woman, no way.

At that point the press had not be told about it although she said she was going to press. They were asking at that time for people to viral it. I did not because there was no press back up to her story and it seemed too far out. Then it popped up here.

As I said in another post, I would have de-escalated the situation if at all possible. However I have experience with that type of situation and am old enough to be her mother... that makes a world of difference.

We will see where this goes. Same with the situation which just occurred in TO. That guy has evidence as well, a broken wrist and blood alcohol tests done by the hospital proving he had not been drinking. Administration in both places have to be feeling very upset right now.

And, I thanked you for posting where you got it, incase you missed it.

Sorry for mistaking it as your OP.

Now, in the future, let me know just how much cross referencing you expect on a story.

You mean lying face down on the ground?... I guess so - after all I wasn't there.

.. But I'm agreeing with you here.... Did you skip over the part about jack-booted, schizophrenic, power-tripping police?

Sheesh... I don't know how much more clear I can say it

How could you be agreeing with me about cops? What did I say about them exactly?
