Wow, that’s just truly stupid. It depends on the application, & to mandate 90% have to be automatics, etc…is not reality.

Over the years I’ve driven pretty much everything. At this age, I can appreciate the mind numbing simpleness of use of an automatic transmission….& the technology has really come along…but it’s not a one size fits all solution to everything.
