He doesn't know what peacekeeping is.

He thinks it's the mangled version the UN and Liberals forward now. Which of course is nothing like the vision of peacekeeping Lester B Pearson had when he coined the term.

If we adhered to the true concept of Lester B Pearson's peacekeeping, we would have already seen them dismantled and a sea of peacekeepers helping the affected countries rebuild and maintain a safe environment for it's society.
