OTTAWA — China’s ambassador says his country firmly rejects Canada’s attempts to entrench labour standards in a free trade pact.
Envoy Lu Shaye says Canada’s so-called progressive trade agenda has no place in a free trade agreement.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was unable to persuade China’s leaders to formally entrench labour, gender, environment and governance issues in the negotiating framework of free trade talks.
(It is silly enough for Our idiot Boy to talk progressive trade issues with our Yankee allies but it is quite utterly INSANE to talk progressive issues with China! China has a LONG HISTORY of using convicted criminals and political prisoners in dangerous and dirty jobs- working these social undesirables as slave labour! Our idiot Boy actually thought he could discuss women`s issues and the rights of people labouring in Chinese Galags with his Chinese pals! The Chinese must have wondered what Our idiot Boy was smoking? Or maybe they were just put off by his tactless stupidity and hunger for selfies?)
(After all, Pierre Trudeau heaped fawning praise on Chairman Mao for “his genius in rushing 30 million Chinese to the gallows”! And Our idiot Boy told us a couple of years back that he admires the Chinese Communist Party “for the way they get things done”! And idiot brother Sacha Trudope penned an homage to vile Cuban dictator Castro in which he claimed that “Castro ws the greatest South American leader of the twentieth century- and much superior to other leaders who had only been elected”!)
(And yet- there was Our idiot Boy whining about progressive social issues to Chinese leaders who consider the entire Trudeau clan to be “useful idiots”- to use the Lenin phrase! China will be polite enough to the Trudopes when it is convenient for China! But they have no desire to become props in the psycho drama being played out by a silver spoon socialist with “daddy issues” like Our idiot Boy!)

And there is little surprise that Chinese leaders refused to be part of the Trudope progressive trade parade that seems motivated mainly by a hope that Our idiot Boy can find some international approval and support for the wsy he is deliberately screwing up NAFTA to spite the Yankees that he hates!)
Trudeau spent four days in China in December but left without a formal commitment to moving the free trade talks past the exploratory phase into formal negotiations.
Lu says Canada’s insistence on pushing labour standards in the NAFTA talks with Mexico to raise wages would only lead to the shuttering of Mexican auto plants and lost jobs.
(Yes- the Chinese see more clearly than Our idiot Boy! The jobs went to Mexico as a vital way to control rising union costs and make Yankee cars more affordable- in the face of formidable sales pressure from other auto makers around the world! A trade agreement that raised Mexican wages WOULD result in CLOSED Mexican car plants as higher prices killed car sales!)
Lu says starting a free trade negotiation with Canada would send a strong message to the world as it contends with the Trump administration’s “America First” protectionism.
(Our idiot Boy would be DELIGHTED to set up a free trade deal with China! The problem is that such a deal would GUT CDN SOVEREIGNTY! Chinese negotiators play HARD BALL! A free trade deal with China would make those current Trump demands on national security- which would BENEFIT CANADA AS WELL AS YANKEES- seem simple and mild compared to Chinese requirements for a deal!
