I've always stated; "The harder the work in Canada, the more the Government gets, the harder you work in the USA, the more you get.."
Cool. Maybe they can explain the 600% mark up on consumer green products like solar power and hot water?
I wonder if this part is changing somewhat.
Not so many years ago, Canada's tax rates were not even close to being competitive with the US... Now it appears that the tides have turned to a degree.

I don't know about you guys but I personally love this kind of anti-corporate measure that the Cons are announcing.
It goes completely against their own ideology and reveals what kind of brainless sheep their followers are.

Not for the common man so much.. look at the tax rate in the Maritimes (13% HST) and Ontario (13% HST).
The Texas (TX) state sales tax rate is currently 6.25%. Depending on local municipalities, the total tax rate can be as high as 8.25%.
No personal income tax on your pay check, just Federal Income Tax.
