I'd like to see the source. Not for a "gotcha" or anything, I'd just like to know the details of where, type, and purpose of the holes.

There are also thousands of signed drilling permits sitting undrilled in the oil companies' files.

To clear this up. Biden didn't put a ban on drilling on public lands. They stopped auctioning leases of public lands. The parcels leased can have the shit drilled out of them.

I was hoping to learn of other reasons to drill.
