Ok then according to your conspiracy theory ,Bush knew about the dam planes at 6:45, and then waited with the kiddy's,untill Eventually, at the suggestion of an aide, Bush got up and went to a holding room,then he did a speech from the same kiddy's school to the waiting media ,about the attacks on 9/11,the guy knew about the whole affair and was stalling to see what reaction to the spin about al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden was received by the press and the public.
