And the beat goes on:

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3302162,00.html

Saturday's arson follows a series of warnings by the Muslim leadership of Qalqilya accusing the city's YMCA of missionary activity and demanding the Christian organization close its offices and leave town or face likely Muslim violence.

And this from JihadWatch, for some levity:

Young man, there's real need to feel down.
I said, young man, get yourself out of town
I said, young man, 'cause Hamas is around
They want you to be unhappy.

Dhimmi, outta here you must go.
I said, dhimmi, when Hamas runs the show.
You can't stay here, and I'm sure you will find
Sharia life will be a real bind.

We're gonna blow up your Y-M-C-A.
We're gonna blow up your Y-M-C-A.

That is so funny because Allah is God. Bush must be stupid.

Huh?

Well, seeing that Bush calls himself a christian, and that he's so involved in Middle Eastern affairs, one would expect him to be aware at least that Allah is merely the Arabic word for God. Even Arabic translations of the Bible prior to the founding of Islam used the term Allah. In fact, Arab Christians used the term Allah even before the founding of Islam. So from that standpoint, to deny Allah is to deny God. Any Arabic dictionary will likewise identify God as Allah. This has nothing to do with religion, but simple linguistic knowledge.

And for a Christian US president so involved in Middle Eastern affairs to not know this is a testimony to his true level of intelligence.

By the way, where'd you get this information? If this is true, then the uS president is really overstepping his bounds by engaging so deeply in the politicization of faith.

Then you are out of touch my friend.

Many MANY protestestants still believe Catholics secretly worship the devil and that Masonic Lodges are satanic recruiting grounds.

Whether or not you have believe these things, and no matter how much concrete irrefutable proof you have means absolutely squat to those who do believe it.

I believe this has already been proven in the whole Evolution debacle.

Oh boy. A Baptist gave me a book on cults, written by a baptist, once. Every religions was mentionned. Judaism was wrong. Every non-major branch of Christianity was an evil cult. Buddhism was a cult. Hinduism was a cult. Taoism was a cult. The Baha'i faith was a cult. And islam, wel, it was wrong.

needless to say, by the end of the book (I never really read much of it; I just skimmed enough to get a glimpse of the Baptist mind. Scary, really!), I came to the conclusion that their definition of cult was 'everyone but us'.
