Trust the Yanks to get such a thing wrong.

Whilst lighting up landmarks in a nation's colours after it has suffered from a terror attack is a pointless exercise which does nothing to combat terrorism, One World Trade Center decided to get in on the act by having its spire lit up.

New York governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Tuesday that the skyscraper would be adorned in Belgian flag colours on Tuesday night, in a show of support for Belgium.

'Tonight, One World Trade Center will be displayed in black, yellow and red as we stand in solemn solidarity with the people of Belgium, just as they have done for us in the past,' Cuomo said in a statement.

'We join the world in mourning the victims of these attacks and remain committed to helping create a more just and peaceful world.'

As pictures of the spire were posted on Twitter, it appeared the building had been lit in the wrong colours.

I suppose I can excuse Americans for not knowing the colours of the Belgian flag. Let's face facts: Most Americans have no idea where Belgium even is and have probably never even heard of it, never mind what its flag looks like.

It's people like you which is the main reason why people are flocking to the likes of Trump, Ukip, Front national and Germany's new equivalent of Ukip - Alternative für Deutschland. People have had enough of people like you in government and your disastrous, ruinous policies.

It's not right wing policies which are bringing ruination, death and destruction to the Western world. It's left-wing policies. Trump and Ukip and Front national and Alternative für Deutschland are the ones who will save America and Europe from left-wing ruination and destruction. They are the ones who will stop Islamism, stop mass, uncontrolled immigration, keep America and Europe overwhelmingly white and Christian and keep us safe and prosperous. Fifty years from now, you and your ilk will be one bad, distant memory, like Nazism. These parties and politicians are the future now. Get used to it.

I wonder if it's normal for security officials to see 3 guys pushing carts inside an airport; 2 of them wearing only 1 glove!! The only one not wearing 'a' glove was one of the coward wearing the white hat, who like most cowards, cut and ran. I guess he was mentored by the same pinhead Salah, who ran in Paris. He must be bawling and singing like a bird.

As long as ISIS is allowed to grow and grow, we will pay for their insanity. Why would the world leaders not obliterate their sorry *** when they beheaded Foley? It was brutal and they were openly bating the world, spitting in our face. Our leaders should have gone in by air and on the ground. We need much much better leaders. These cowards know where to go beat their chess, and it's not a coincidence that they haven't bombed Pulkovo.
