I believe it! I ESPECIALLY believe it now that I found on that the British government, which is clearly in the "Vote to Remain" camp has provided pencils with paper ballots!
Or putting to sea in a battlecruiser with a papier-mâché deck.

The referendum vote isn't legally binding so the government can completely ignore it if it isn't what they want to see

No one is going to steal the referendum with an eraser.

If there was an attempt by the government and MI5 to rig this referendum, they did a very poor job.

You can't have an exit poll in a referendum. David Dimbleby explained that at 10pm last night just as the polling stations were closing.
