Hey Boom, I gotta ask since it's been a while since I've seen the inside of a rig, is there still a clutch pedal or do trucks have some kind of dynamic shifting now?

Auto assisted now.. I just sold my 18 speed.. I’m left with a 12 automatic.. paid cash for it..💰 yet seemed to milk $12,000 in tires, new radiator a DPF harness and other BS for December 😢

“While some truckers may be taking a stand by refusing Colorado-bound loads, experience from past trucker protests and industry experts alike say that the demonstration will likely do little to disrupt the supply chain, but it may get lawmakers’ attention.”

Time will tell.

We’re getting absolutely mauled with service costs the last couple of months also. So many service shops are trying to make up for 20 months of Covid on every customer. It’s brutal!! A breakdown in the US right now with Canadian plates isn’t a guaranteed financial rape, but there is definitely a pattern. Canadian shops are doing the same thing so I’m not just singling out Americans. Dealerships specifically are not even pretending to lube up in advance.

What transmission did you get? I don't much like how the Mack ones shift, although it may just need some computer tweaking. I liked the Allison I spent a bit of time with a few years back. They seem to work better than Mack holding back.
