Yes and before that and again after .Abbotsford had geotechnical done on the dykes 20 years ago that warned rebuilding was a necessity. Both the Province and the Feds offered no help in the $400M needed.

After studies and public relation spending almost as expensive . Must keep the gravy flowing to all the right people .Bike route and wheelchair accessible parks are much better photo ops than dikes.
