Nunavut? With the BC premier waffle'n and such on what was supposedly
a done deal, how long 'till this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_of_Portland_(Oregon)
comes into the discussion with the anouncement of an expansion to handle
the exportation of Oil Sands products from Alberta (& eventually Saskatchewan)
to China and points beyond?

Why doesn't this guy just build the refinery on the AB/BC border and pipe the finished product the rest of the way to Kitimat?

Here is some facts that you might not be aware of Ontario has half of Canada's population and Quebec has almost the other half with the rest of the population scattered within the other provinces. Oil and money rich Alberta has a little more than 2 million people out of 30 million people in Canada. Ontario and Quebec has future manufacturing potential so they will recover faster than Greece ever will.While Ontario is unlikely to face the same level of stress as Greece
