And here I thought he was that left wing member of the docu- McKenna brothers. Yikes!
But the lad in question should never have put a pen to paper. Each sentence is a crime.

Who am I? Excellent question!
I was nothing until I was placed in a body. Then that body possessed a soul. That soul knew innocence, purity, perfectness without an identity and just a baby.

Then slowly I begin to learn who I was. A baby with desires. Natural at first, but then selfish later.

Depending to: who (Race), where,(Environment) when (Time in history) I was born to and what special gifts were given to me, plus at what point God entered my heart, would determine who I am.

With all my faults and short comings, I am...................... nobody.

And this "nobody" is a soul worthy of love of the creator, making it worthy of being somebody.

This somebody's heart than is transformed out of the experience of the nobody's body, into a glorious body with great potential, able to be above all that is in the world.

Able to love when hated, joy when suffering, give when not given to, live when life seems useless, hope when there is no hope, trust where there is no trust, believe when there is unbelief, bear burdens when burdens are unbearable, and console when not consoled.

I believe we all have all these things in us when we were born (Perfect and in innocence) but have to learn them in the midst of all that is opposite to us.

It is like a kernel of corn. It has a potential to pop when heated and be transformed into a beautiful, symmetrical, fluffy body.

The heat is the world (fiery furnace) and the soul of the kernel pops while the shell dies.

It is not just a kernel anymore, but a new body after the trials of this world.

Who am I then, I think?

I am a son of God, tried true in the fiery furnace of life. My reward is Jesus supplying all my needs, of which I shall not want.! (Meaning, I have need of nothing).

Jesus is all I need, but in blessings or in sufferings, I live.

Look, I wish others had the same sense of worth and duty to self-respect as you. In the culture we have today, I don't think there are many who value their promise and potential as much as that.

Oh, please China -

Enough of the mushy metaphysics, put down the bong and have some coffee.

Who are we?

We are what we repeatedly do.

Before you gainsay this, think about it. Are our actions not the most accurate gague of our selves?

Am I anything?

I am my best friend;
I am my worst critic;
I am a daughter, widow, sibling to many, stepmother, aunt, cousin,
I am a generous and loyal friend, cruel enemy, caring neighbor, busy professional;
I am happy;
I am sad;
I am intelligent;
I am stupid;
I am curious;
I am lazy;
I am determined;
I am stubborn;
I am willing;
I am unwilling;
I am perfect;
I am imperfect;
I am human.___________________________________

Confused? Of course - so many choices - so little time!

Loving - yes when it is possible and its opposite as well.

Don't we love to talk of ourselves.... our family don't need to hear it, our friends have heard it .... so strangers become our sounding board. Or is it for ourselves we perform this exercise in self-exposure?

Whatever it was fun to read others' answers and thank you as always.....
