The 80's were looser sexually and it's disingenuous and out of context to apply today's sanctimonious standards of decency to that era.

The 20 Minute Workout played every day after school fcs! Anybody remember that? Do you really think this show would fly today in that time slot?

And who cares if Patrick brown had multiple girlfriends and liked clubbing.

Didn't Pierre Trudeau meet Margaret when she was 18 years old and he was in his late 40's?

I'd even say things were looser just 10 years ago. Like I said, you can't put today's sexual template on a different time period. It's just plain wrong.

And that Kristin woman who accused the Liberal Minister Hehr of calling her 'yummy' in an elevator 10 years ago?

She claims she was ONLY 25years old at the time. Wtf? My Mom had 3 kids and a mortgage at 25 years of age! Ridiculous.

I remember watching Van Halen in Montreal in 1984 at the Montreal Forum...

Lead singer David Lee Roth talking in between songs,

"Some motherfukker down front here is squirting water on me. But that's okay, cause I'm gonna fukk his girlfriend after the concert!"

Then 15,000 people at the show all cheered and applauded!

Do you think that would fly by today's standards? Like I said, the 80's were a different time liberally...even a decade ago was more liberal. I think the pointy, sanctimonious fingers on Social Media have made everything we say or do suspect to a degree. Nobody is allowed to just be themselves anymore.

And no, Cliffy. My closet is clean. No skeletons. I've always been a gentleman with da ladies. ;)

70s were even better. WE have regressed to the point where soon women will be forced to wear tents in public.

I was playing in a mixed men/women softball game in the 80's...I was in my early 20's.

When I stepped into the batter's box, the French female Umpire turned to the female catcher and said in French, "Nice A$$".

My French girlfriend in the stands heard her say it and couldn't stop laughing. She told me what had occurred after the game.

My question. Looking back on this, was I sexually harassed?? Am I a failure today because of what happened?? Have I not lived up to my full potential because of this traumatizing incident? Should I find out who this woman was, and where she now works...and report her to her HR Department?

See where I'm going with this?
