In November, with the comet mapped and five suitable locations discovered, a small probe aboard Rosetta called Philae will touch down on the comet, where the planned mission to analyze the comet could last for up to 6 weeks, including details of how the approach through the inner solar system and the subsequent heating will change the comet's physical traits.

Amazing amount of work. Over 2000 people have been involved in the 10+ year mission.
