That verse is specific to the 2 witnesses during their 1260 days of power. The 'do exploits' is this verse below.

Re:11:3-6:
And I will give power unto my two witnesses,
and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days,
clothed in sackcloth.
These are the two olive trees,
and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them,
fire proceedeth out of their mouth,
and devoureth their enemies:
and if any man will hurt them,
he must in this manner be killed.
These have power to shut heaven,
that it rain not in the days of their prophecy:
and have power over waters to turn them to blood,
and to smite the earth with all plagues,
as often as they will.

Zec:4:10-14:
For who hath despised the day of small things?
for they shall rejoice,
and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven;
they are the eyes of the LORD,
which run to and fro through the whole earth.

Then answered I,
and said unto him,
What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
And I answered again,
and said unto him,
What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?
And he answered me and said,
Knowest thou not what these be?
And I said,
No,
my lord.
Then said he,
These are the two anointed ones,
that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.

The two witnesses are the whole power on earth during the 6 trumps that happen before the return happens. The return is marked by the two witnesses being in the grave for 3 1/2 days and the false throne event is during the last verse in Da:11. The 2 witnesses in the grave for 3 1/2 days is what the 'times' verse is referencing so that passage has to follow that proposal to be understood.

Da:11:45:
And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain;
yet he shall come to his end,
and none shall help him.

Da:7:25:
And he shall speak great words against the most High,
and shall wear out the saints of the most High,
and think to change times and laws:
and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Re:11:9:
And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half,
and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

Would you believe that megahurts can actually understand what I write?
The message is always the same one. 'This is a wall of text, I cannot understand it.'. I pointed out that the basic knowledge was in 6 chapters, if you don't want to discuss them then I know you aren't capable of covering the rest of the book because that comes as one lump of text. All of it is short, easy to understand verses. The passages need a bunch of reading and Sherlocking just because there is so much text to consider. I don't see you going down those paths anytime soon.
The text below is a 'standard read for any prophecy hound' so I'm sure you have a full reply on the tip of your tingue even as you read the text. I'll start highlighting the most important text to make sure my point is being presented in the best format that get you clarity on the first read.
Since you consider me a dunce I can expect no less from you right?

THE TRANSLATORS TO THE READER
Preface to the King James Version of 1611

THE BEST THINGS HAVE BEEN CULMINATED

Zeal to promote the common good, whether it be by devising anything ourselves, or revising that which hath been laboured by others, deserveth certainly much respect and esteem, but yet findeth but cold entertainment in the world. It is welcomed with suspicion instead of love, and with emulation instead of thanks: and if there be any hole left for cavil to enter, (and cavil, if it do not find a hole, will make one) it is sure to be misconstrued, and in danger to be condemned. This will easily be granted by as many as know story, or have any experience. For, was there ever any-projected, that savoured any way of newness or renewing, but the same endured many a storm of gainsaying, or opposition? A man would think that Civility, wholesome Laws, learning and eloquence, Synods, and Church-maintenance, (that we speak of no more things of this kind) should be as safe as a Sanctuary, and out of shot, as they say, that no man would lift up the heel, no, nor dog move his tongue against the motioners of them. For by the first, we are distinguished from brute beasts lead with sensuality; By the second, we are bridled and restrained from outrageous behaviour, and from doing of injuries, whether by fraud or by violence; By the third, we are enabled to inform and reform others, by the light and feeling that we have attained unto ourselves; Briefly, by the fourth being brought together to a parley face to face, we sooner compose our differences than by writings which are endless; And lastly, that the Church be sufficiently provided for, is so agreeable to good reason and conscience, that those mothers are holden to be less cruel, that kill their children as soon as they are born, than those nursing fathers and mothers (wheresoever they be) that withdraw from them who hang upon their breasts (and upon whose breasts again themselves do hang to receive the Spiritual and sincere milk of the word) livelihood and support fit for their estates. Thus it is apparent, that these things which we speak of, are of most necessary use, and therefore, that none, either without absurdity can speak against them, or without note of wickedness can spurn against them.

The last 6 lines might take about 60 lines to explain

yeah what he said
Really? You must have missed this wagon verse and you want to follow his guiding star. I would say 'Best of luck.' but we both know the words would be hollow sounding.

"the wagons which is before thee?"

Eze:23:24:
And they shall come against thee with chariots,
wagons,
and wheels,
and with an assembly of people,
which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about:
and I will set judgment before them,
and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.

This would be the, 'Oh, ****.' moment.

This part is about the apostasy which has known to come, and it is here, it has been there for long time. In a around 300 when the christinity change away from it jews root's to change to the Catholic, and this apostasy has start to grow, and to days church all over the world are still in this same way, of Catholic, a way of predictive apsotasy.

Our dear brother Paul also write about this apostasy which has predicted to come, "when the one will stand away who stopping it now," and this happen soon after the apostles time, and this new king, and last king has rise, and the time what we live right now is the time of this last king, which rise after the king who

3. let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, (2 Thes 2:3)

The second last king was the king who collect the taxes from the Jerusalem, and the king was destroyed soon after that, and the last king has come.

20. Then shall stand up in his place one that shall cause an exactor to pass through the glory of the kingdom; but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21 And in his place shall stand up a contemptible person, to whom they had not given the honor of the kingdom: but he shall come in time of security, and shall obtain the
kingdom by flatteries. (Dan 11:20-21)

Jerusalem was under the taxes in a time when our Lord was coming in the world in flesh.

1. Now it came to pass in those days, there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be enrolled. 2. This was the first enrolment made when Quirinius was governor of Syria. 3. And all went to enrol themselves, every one to his own city. 4. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David; 5. to enrol himself with Mary, who was betrothed to him, being great with child (Luke 2:1-5)

The last king is here and the predicted apostasy, which lead us filly in the time plague's which has sill to come.

Beware of the all heresy of this apostasy, what is in the world today.

Separate from your local church which do not follow the Scriptures, but they own ways, this kind of church is a church of apostasy, and every one should step away from it, and it manners, to grow true knowledge of God's will, for salvation.

300AD, and most likely to 450AD is covered in the 'little horn' verses from Da:8. They are the ones that cover Rome as being the Gentile rulers of Jerusalem.
The kingdoms from Da:2 are Neb as covered in Da:4, the silver has 2 kings and it is covered in Da:5 and 7. The brass is covered in Da:8 and it starts off with Alex from Greece and the General that ended up with Jerusalem is still part of Grecia. The next ruler was whoever took over from Greece and lost rule to Rome in 63BC. Rome was the kingdom that came to rule around the world as mentioned in De:2 and Rome was the army in the Luke:21:24 prophecy that was the start of a period called 'the time of the Gentiles' and in that time the Gospel is to be taken to the 4 corners of the earth. Re:11 picks it up when the trumps are about to sound. The first 4 trumps are for the last Gentile rulers over Jerusalem and the world falls under the rule of the iron from the iron/clay kingdom on the day the 5th trump sounds, 1260 days from then the 7th trump sounds and that is the day their rule comes to an end. Jerusalem is protectes by the two witnesses so the only time Satan can control Jerusalem is in the 3 1/2 days they lay dead in the street.

The falling away from the truth was in the last line of the verses that apply to all that Rome was involved in in these few verses. On the greater scale the 70 weeks was the last events leading up to the completion of the bruise to the heel from Ge:3:15 as that is what Jesus was referencing when He said. 'it is finished.' moments before death.
The 'hindrance' to being gathered is the prophecy that was given, there had to be a falling away from the original teaching and the sitting on a throne in Jerusalem after the two witnesses have been killed. (that is a window of 3 1/2 days as the vials is Satan's destruction and that takes only a few hours after Jeus raises them from the grave.

Da:8:9-14:
And out of one of them came forth a little horn,
which waxed exceeding great,
toward the south,
and toward the east,
and toward the pleasant land.
And it waxed great,
even to the host of heaven;
and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground,
and stamped upon them.
Yea,
he magnified himself even to the prince of the host,
and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away,
and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression,
and it cast down the truth to the ground;
and it practised,
and prospered.

Then I heard one saint speaking,
and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake,
How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice,
and the transgression of desolation,
to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
And he said unto me,
Unto two thousand and three hundred days;
then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Rome is that special direction from Jerusalem, the bolded part is the RCC getting the Bible in the Greek and the Hebrew and then they 'improved it' by creating the Latin Bible. That is when the truth bit the dust. The rest of the verses would be better in a post that covers the 70 weeks passage as well as the 4 Gospels as they are the bruise to the heel event that is the 'sacrifice' words in the above reference.

Re:18:8:
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day,
death,
and mourning,
and famine;
and she shall be utterly burned with fire:
for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

The second last king was the king who collect the taxes from the Jerusalem, and the king was destroyed soon after that, and the last king has come.

kingdom by flatteries. (Dan 11:20-21)

That's all well and fine until you have to blend in this requirement and it is a prophecy repeated in an NT prophecy that makes it a future event even in 100AD which is when Revelation was finished. The abomination in this case would be the false throne which is the image mentioned in Re:13.

Da:11:31:
And arms shall stand on his part,
and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength,
and shall take away the daily sacrifice,
and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

M't:24:15:
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation,
spoken of by Daniel the prophet,
stand in the holy place,
(whoso readeth, let him understand:)

The counting is:

7=Satan as the falling star of the 5th trump
8=Beast from the Pit, and angelic being that was a king on earth before the flood.

Prophecy:

Jude:1:14:
And Enoch also,
the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these,
saying,
Behold,
the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

History:

De:33:2:
And he said,
The LORD came from Sinai,
and rose up from Seir unto them;
he shined forth from mount Paran,
and he came with ten thousands of saints:
from his right hand went a fiery law for them.

Yes, that would be at the end of the wheat harvest in Sept. December would have been when He was concieved and that is when God enters a name in the book of life.

The last king is here and the predicted apostasy, which lead us filly in the time plague's which has sill to come.

Beware of the all heresy of this apostasy, what is in the world today.
No, and yes. If the last king is active then what is 'time is short' in relation to that theme?

Re:12:12:
Therefore rejoice,
ye heavens,
and ye that dwell in them.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea!
for the devil is come down unto you,
having great wrath,
because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these,
saying,
Behold,
the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

History:

De:33:2:
And he said,
The LORD came from Sinai,
and rose up from Seir unto them;
he shined forth from mount Paran,
and he came with ten thousands of saints:
from his right hand went a fiery law for them.

Yes, that would be at the end of the wheat harvest in Sept. December would have been when He was concieved and that is when God enters a name in the book of life.

Do my best.
Even the short time can seams to man as long time, because man live so shot time, but the spirit's may understand the time differently, than man do.

8. But forget not this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.(2 Peter 3:8)

The 1,000 year reign is a return to the way of telling time that existed back in the time of Adam. That method of telling time was used right up until Moses and the 10 Commandments became the Law. Adam died at 930 years so that was 70 years from being 'one day'.

Ge:2:7:
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;
and man became a living soul.

Ec:3:20:
All go unto one place;
all are of the dust,
and all turn to dust again.

Ec:12:7:
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:
and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

De:34:7:
And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died:
his eye was not dim,
nor his natural force abated.

After the Great White Throne event all of mankind is in New Jerusalem at the end of Re:21 and the Re:22 landing on the new earth would see it's doors open and the mist that is mentioned in the Ge:2 garden verses would happen with Adam and Eve being the first people out of New Jerusalem and all of their children would be behind in the New Earth era.
Moses died before 120 so entering the grave washed all his sins away so at the resurrection that is part of Re:20:4 he is raised as a glorified person just as Jesus was the night after His resurrection. The people that are resurrected will be glorified while on earth by going to the river of living water and eating from the tree of life as described in Eze:47 and Jer:31.
Since the ones alive during don't have children that would leave the ones called 'the rest' as being the ones that live outside Jerusalem in the Isa:65 verses and it is the New Jerusalem of Re:21 rather than the 'glorious city' that Is Jerusalem on earth in a setting that is the way the garden looked before God put down two flaming swords, sun and wind. In the old earth theory the 360 day flood was the ice-age that was 400,000 years long. Returning to those days could be a prophecy that is part of the 'sons of God' references as well as a change in the weather.

In the new earth a child is born to a couple who are married and have a house of their own outside of the city. A child conceived would be called an 'infant' until the age of 20 and at that age the 'infant title' would be replaced by 'child (of God)' and that would be what we call our adult years so they will marry and have 100 children and then at the age of 120 God judges them as far as sin goes and if they have been a sinner for 100 years they would be sent to the fiery lake and if not they would be given a glorified body and they would be like the people who were alive on the day Re:20:4 manifested into reality.

Isa:65:17-21:
For,
behold,
I create new heavens and a new earth:
and the former shall not be remembered,
nor come into mind.
But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create:
for,
behold,
I create Jerusalem a rejoicing,
and her people a joy.
And I will rejoice in Jerusalem,
and joy in my people:
and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her,
nor the voice of crying.
There shall be no more thence an infant of days,
nor an old man that hath not filled his days:
for the child shall die an hundred years old;
but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
And they shall build houses,
and inhabit them;
and they shall plant vineyards,
and eat the fruit of them.

The odds are very high that the angels that did not sin in this era will be rewarded by being given in marriage once they are in their perfected heaven where a child born to two perfected angels could never fall into sin. That would be the summation for Adam and Eve being made in the image and likeness of God and the Holy Spirit back in Ge:1. Their perfected child has His version of creation written out in the latter part of Proverbs:8.

Since the universe is the new earth mankind is destined to be in the whole place in high numbers the title of 'old-man' that comes at 120 would be the travel through space without needing food, as you do for the first 120 years of your eternal life. In theory and depending on the numbers each person alive before the end of this earth would get their own galaxy as 'the home quarter' and travel to this earth would be like coming to the feast of the tabernacles in Zec:14. If it is a 30 day long celebration in the 1,000 years it would be 300 days in the new earth verses (or longer as New Jerusalem would be an enter through one gate and leave by another type of visit, babies would be brought in to be anointed and other activities that make it a very busy place for 'the Shepherds' who have mankind as their child rather than having that affection for 100 specific people as is the case for the ones living outside the wall of the City..

32. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he pervert by flatteries; but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. (Dan 11:32)

This part of (Dan 11:32) is about the apostasy which has known to come, and it is here. And it has been there for long time. In a around 300 when the christinity change the way from it jews root's to the Catholic way's, this apostasy has start to grow in the world, and to days church all over the world are still in this same way, of Catholic, a way of predictive apostasy.

Our dear brother Paul also write about this apostasy which has predicted to come, "when the one will stand away who stopping it now," and this all happened soon after the apostles time, and this new king, and last king has rise, and the time what we live right now is the time of this last king, which rise after the king who put the Israel under the taxes.

3. let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, (2 Thes 2:3)

So the second last king was the king who collect the taxes from the Jerusalem, and the king was destroyed soon after that, and the last king has come.

20. Then shall stand up in his place one that shall cause an exactor to pass through the glory of the kingdom; but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. 21 And in his place shall stand up a contemptible person, to whom they had not given the honor of the kingdom: but he shall come in time of security, and shall obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

The last king is here and the predicted apostasy, which lead us finally in the time of the seven plague's which has sill to come.

2. And I saw the seven angels that stand before God; and there were given unto them seven trumpets. (Revelation 8:2)

1. And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having seven plagues, which are the last, for in them is finished the wrath of God. (Revelation 15:1)

Beware of the all heresy of this apostasy, what is in the world today.

Separate from your local church which do not follow the Scriptures, but they own ways, this kind of church is a church of apostasy, and every one should step away from it, and it manners, to grow true knowledge of God's will, for salvation.
