Forgive me, but it must suck pretty bad to go around labeling ones self as "proletariat"

Are you implying someone referred to himself as such?

I guess I could be classified as a "true socialist" by definition, since I believe above all else, true peace may only be achieved when a government is under complete dictatorship of the proletariat. In sticking to this belief, I often find my views much different than that of common "left-wing" philosophies which I rarely am able to perceive as anything more than attempts at culling partisan votes.

It doesn’t appear as if your saying your Bourgeois.

Yes, you must be right (sarcasm), Bush, the leader of the most democratic nation in the world is the Terrorist. I'd MUCH rather live under the autocratic rule of the Taliban or Saddam Hussein. Women don't deserve rights anyway (sarcasm).

George Bush may yet go down in history as the man who saved us all. What a mess this country: Canada, the only country that would rather have it's soldiers die than kill the enemy. The only country that calls four dead mounties (killed by one farmer) a "tragedy" as opposed to an "operational clusterf**k". What a weak unprincipled nation this is.

WOW...... that sounds very "American" in thinking. If you are CA........ and are so unhappy in Canada....why not simply move to the US......and just in the Bush crusade. After all Bush is the most "principled" leader on this planet at the moment ....NOT.

(sarcasm intended)

CA has its issues, no one denies that: but one must ask oneself:

"are you part of the problem or part of the solution???)

You're obviously part of the problem with your stereotypical perceptions.

The PROBLEM, my friend, is that this country operates under "groupthink" whereby it is sacrelig to suggest that someone from the right might actually have virtue.

So many logical problems with this quote. First of all you have assumed (a) that I even have a political leaning and that (b) it is neo-conservative in nature. Secondly I like beer, I just think it's a joke that this country gleans it's identity from a beer commercial. Third, and most importantly you have no idea what this world would be like if Bush had not reacted to the DECLARATION of war on 9/11. You are aware that islamic fundamentalists want to kill you..you don't deny that do you?

Ummm...I believe it's called WAR. Canadians might actually recall the mid-40's the last time we joined with the americans in a fight against a tyranny of hatred. And make no mistake, islamic fundamentalists HATE you and want you dead. This fact seems lost on everybody!

Nothing is lost. The way Bush handled it is absurd. He should have gotten off his horse and dropped the f*ck you mentality to long standing allies.

BTW Isn't this supposed to be "Canadian Politics"?
ON TOPIC QUESTION: If Paul Martin was caught paying the head of the RCMP $1MM in small unsequential bills tucked in a brown envelope to stop investigating the Grewal tapes, would his support level drop from 35% to 34% in Ontario? lol.

Actually, long standing allies used the f**k you mentality on the US. France and Canada both abstained from support due to national economic and personal interest.

Terrorism: The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

Nothing the USA has done in the last several years is "lawful" or even justified by any major religion. Maybe Mr. Bushy Boy needs a copy of the New Testament and maybe he should actually read it if he is going to play on the whole Christain values thing.

And as far as Mr. Martin, he should be serving a life sentence in prison as we speak.

That is not true, they only "hate" the circumstances the USA has forced upon them.

Indoctrination to hate the US and Israel in Arab schools and Television is very true.
