An Alaskan ribbon seal is a long way from home, as he keeps surfacing in waters around the Vancouver area.

Experts aren't sure why he’s come this far south.

Assuming all sightings are the same seal, he’s been on a dock in Seattle, off Richmond, B.C., and on a pier near downtown Squamish, B.C., over the past several weeks
