RE: A shiver runs round the world as Bush bangs the drum for

You people are just focused too much on reality. Back here in red state fantasyland folks still worship bush. Everyone thinks the economy is great because we can quit our lowpaying job whenever they want and become a millionaire. Their daydreams of the US turning its back on the rest of the world and enforcing its will unilaterally has been realized. There is no room for real facts here in la la land we prefer vague, but glorious sounding catchphrases like "freedom" and "war on terror", "support the troops", "lower taxes" etc. Don't wake us up.

And what about the China card?

Seeing that Iran's biggest Oil contract is now with the PRC, a booming economy becomming ever thirstier for oil by the day, does Bush honestly believe that the PRC will just sit back and watch as the US attempts to take control of one of its major oil suppliers? What's he thinking, or is he?

He's not thinking at all, Machjo. China buys oil, Russia buys gas. In addition to that the US has been pissing around in the 'stans drawing the ire of both Russia and China.

It's a game of childish brinksmanship in a lot of ways...Cold War tactics in a place that should be getting warmer. That's what happens when you put small men in big positions.

Hey Copenhagen. I don't give a darn if you believe what I am saying as funny or not. What you are telling me is that you too believe that God talks to 'W". And he is not the most powerful man in the world.

I think you signed in here under a different name to attack some of us. If you are a real man, show your true identity. I know from the way you write and I know who you are. So stop the BS.

Another note Copenhagen. So far you have 6 posts and out of the six, four of then you mention that Bush is the most powerful man on the planet. Are you getting paid to lie?
