This occured at night, on Nov 21 2016, when a big fireball flashed the sky of Florida, and was caught by dash cameras, and was observed also in Georgia

The IP camera is very valuable at this time for observation of such cosmic incidents.
If IP cameras are set at various directions, specially on top of Astronomical centers, they may observe many things at any time, when Astronomers may not be alert.
So this fireball may be one of three:
1- either a meteoritic rock which contacted the water and becoming very hot.
2- or a flaming comet or part of a comet.
3- or a part of an artificial set like rockets or satellite.
Most probably, such flaming and bright light indicates the comet or part of the comet, specially when it is drawn by the cold regions of the earth.
