With 1000 acres, do you think this all happens by the aquarium?

Even within Edmonton, all it takes is a small park with low hanging pine branches, to end up with crack heads sleeping in your neighbourhoods. I wouldn't even want to hazard a guess at all the hiding spots in Stanley Park.

Karrie, I'm sure I know as much about Stanley Park as you do. When our kids were growing up, we went to Stanley Park almost every weekend. There was a time when it didn't cost a fortune to just park your bloody car. The aquarium used to be the only thing that you had to pay for.
