I will respectfully disagree back. Yelling in a person's ear can cause damage and great discomfort.You are being assaulted and can subdue that person,by whatever means necessary,and hold him for arrest. If someone is blocking your way and impede's your legal right-of -way you can subdue that person and hold him for arrest. I worked in a seedy bar for about 6 years and have become well-versed in what constitutes an assault. Cheers.Wally, I would have to respectfully disagree.
No matter what the law says, to me no assault happens without physical force applied.
