4:26 in the 2nd and the Cats capitalize on the TO with their 4th TD of the game to lead the Lions 28 to ZIP.
And an INT to seal the half. Man, I don't think I've EVER seen such a hard-luck half of football.
The play is under review........no flags ...........but it looks like the Lions have once again coughed up the ball for yet another TO............BC got lucky on that one as the ball hit the turf on the interception.
Hard luck and an inability to hold onto the ball, Tec. The momentum is ALL in the Cats favor so far in the game.
BC coaches have their work cut out for them at half-time for sure. Mind you, if you are in to statistics, the cross-over teams have not fared that well in the semi-finals.
Well, I guess there COULD be the most epic comeback in Canadian football history, but I'm having trouble seeing any vulnerability in the Cats.
Lulay gets sacked on their first series of the second half and to add to their woes they are penalized for no end........Plus they are hit with a really ignorant late hit 15-yarder on the Hamilton punt returner.
Lirim ensures that the Lions will start their second series deep............really really deep in their own zone - at the 1 yard line........great stop by Hamilton's STs.
Lions concede two points in order to avoid a punt return TD by the Cats..........LOL. 30 to ZIP now.
Make sure you switch back for the Bombers vs Riders game, Kreskin..........I do believe it will be much more entertaining. :smile:
