The results are the destruction of the fruits of Christian civilization.. the practical effects are a morbid, carnally fixated, inert and inwardly directed society with a collapsing birthrate, family culture and economic vigour and the replacement of the moral, democratic, nation state with an amoral, tyrannical, oligarchal global empire.

Depends upon the definition of a liar. A falsehood after the event is definitely a lie, a falsehood in anticipation of an event might not be. Like building a wall- his intentions may be valid, but in the meantime the situation allowing it may change.
