I am of mixed minds about that, Bart. Seeing how tired the Habs were after their seven game series, I am thinking that the shorter the series the better. After all when the Pens take it, as they will ;-);-), I want them to have lots of time to rest.

You have to proud of your Habs, their penaly killing is pretty awesome so far.
The odd thing about the Habs , they will do very well against a better team . but will suck against a lesser team . If the habs take it :D then they will have kicked off the two strongest nhl teams

I have seen that happen in other sports too, Bart. Noticeably during the World Curling Championships, the better teams did quite poorly against lesser teams. Only when faced with a team of similar strength did the level of the game rise. Also have seen it in football.

Pens better pick it up, with less than 9 minutes left in the third they have to get a goal to tie and another to win. They just blew their last power play.

Don't I know it!

Kind of pissed at Sidney right now. He showed some petulance by breaking his stick in the first period when the Habs stopped him cold. He should have drawn a penalty but didn't.

Halak has stopped 59 shots on goal so far. He has his mojo back.

I know, I think the talking heads are going to give this one to the Habs.

Oh, oh, your wish just came true, Bart. The Habs just scored again with only 3 minutes left in the third. I think the Habs have this one in their pocket.

Ah geez. Pittsburgh just drew a five minute penalty for a real dirty hit on Bergeron by Adams. Bergeron seems to be okay, just went to the bench.

Canucks and Habs should be kinder and gentler with the prima-donnas.

Well Mowich the series is now tied up. I thought the Pens had a few chances to put this game on ice in the first but Montreal was covering Crosby and Malkin both pretty tightly. As the game went along I thought Montreal was gaining confidence and their penalty killing was awsome.

I'm taking detroit over San Jose tonight. However, I'm concerned about Detroit's goaltending. No one named Howard has ever been a good goalie.
