Decision on whether Rob Ford will keep his job will be released 10:30 Friday morning
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will find out if he gets to keep his job Friday morning, when the Divisional Court releases its decision on his appeal.
The panel of three judges can uphold Justice Charles Hackland’s ruling that Mr. Ford broke the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act and should be consequently booted from office or it may overturn the judgment.
The ruling will be posted on the Ontario Superior Court of Justice website at 10:30 a.m., the court registrar confirmed.
Lawyers for either side will receive a copy an hour earlier but have agreed not to disclose it in advance, the Post has learned.
