So I started this challenge last week.

I'm on day three.

It balances out to about 28 a day for a year.

My arms are killing me already.

Broke 600 the other day.
Going to alternate some pull ups in to give my elbows a rest and work some new muscles.

Boomster's been doing free weights. Trying to get in five snatches a day.

Only ten per snatch, Hairtrigger?

Nope prefer 1 snatch per day, but 3 to 4 hours pounding on it..

Testosterone and a good diet always help 😉

I'll tell you this much, as I peak towards 2k...my elbows hurt like hell.
easy on that cartilage
;)
have you tried ginger and cinnamon tea...ginger will take away some of that athletic pain without rotting your guts out and the cinnamon stabilizes your sugar burn...

I use it for mountain biking and it really helps kick ass while keeping it pain free for fun's sake.

Thanks for the tip!
I've been using shark cartilage and some other supplements.
My Wife is always trying to get me to put ginger in tea.
I guess she was on to something.
I'll try it.
