    Lobsters Aren't Food

    Actually I believe there has been some family searching done with the lobster. There have been fossils of "sea scorpions" which are distantly related to land scorpions, Spiders, Horshoe crabs...and yes crabs and lobsters. So you're not eating an insect per-se, but an ancient Arachnid...Yum.
