I don't push hard but i do vary my speed and on the tread mill I will vary the incline. I can do 10,000 steps in an hour and a quarter, I do 10 flights of stairs or if I do hills walking I do less. My Fitbit can tell if I am walking up hill and will count it for me. 10,000 steps is a random...

nah I've done my 10,000 steps for the day (almost) I have five sets of stairs left to do but that is not worth worrying about I can easily do that in one go I am below my calorie count for the day have a lot more water to drink though...for now, drinking white wine...:-P
