This summer may see first ice-free North Pole

In the case of AGW/Climate Change (still don't know what 'climate change' is really supposed to mean) - politics is everything... The fact that the UN and East Anglia were in cohoots and caught red-handed on fabricating the data (East Anglia) upon which a global tax (UN) was to be based tells...

Reddit bans comments from global warming skeptics

I suppose that Allen would have then removed any/all references from UN-based 'facts' that were gleaned from East Anglia University? ... Yeah, I doubt it too

    Our cooling world

Don't forget that a big part of that tax is to be transferred to developing nations in order to speed up their transition into being bigger consumers and (gasp) emitters of ghgs!

    Our cooling world

It then goes to having only one solution Dr. Spade... A cessation of all carbon-based life such that no ghgs in any form are emitted. Ironic especially in light that the mantra morphed from Global Warming to Climate Change. I still don't know what that really means - it insinuates that there...

    Our cooling world

The big question here relates to whether or not humanity is the driver of this change, not if the weather/climate is changing

    Death knell for AGW

There are no lack of hand-wringing, simpering idiots that believe that any swings in climate (weather, or whatever other bloody terms they've designed) is caused, not only by humanity - but only humanity in the West. Let 'em pay, but keep the collection process exclusive to the hand-wringers...

    Death knell for AGW

UN climate talks fall apart as 132 countries storm out | The Daily Caller They already have their position laid-out... $100 billion per year to compensate for (wait for it) 'Climate Reparations' .... Odd when you think about it in that none of the nations that are demanding reparations have...

Sales of jellied eels booming in Britain outside London

On a practical note; I can imagine that jellied eels would be a refreshing change from the brain and entrail pie that is a main staple. With food options like these, I can't imagine that there is any concerns over obesity in the UK

Al Gore in Los Angeles, Climate Reality

Generally speaking, the usual suspects consider themselves far more important than the rest of us plebes. This in itself justifies their rock-star lifestyle and egregious use of fuel. Sure, it would be easier and more Earth friendly to tele-conference, but you just can't charge the same fees...

Al Gore in Los Angeles, Climate Reality

Canada's very own David Suzuki is vying for the title of King of the Global Alarmist Idiot Society. He's recognized as such here and the Australians have recently done the same. We're so very proud of him...

Al Gore in Los Angeles, Climate Reality

He needs to be there in person such that he gets the best use of his Lear Jet that he's already bought and paid for... The pilot's just sitting around collecting a salary anyways, so why not put him to use? You remember - he's the guy that invented the internet

UN: Global warming 95% likely to be manmade

I can simultaneously appreciate that there are probably more variables that we don't know about active in this equation than what we do know. I don't believe that you have that kind of cognitive flexibility to consider that reality No... You sermonize. All other suggestions are in one ear...

UN: Global warming 95% likely to be manmade

Compared to the volume of recurring natural sources, the anthropogenic element is too miniscule to count. The flip side of that argument is that paleo events that caused massive swaths of organics to be sequestered on a rapid basis resulted in a huge concentration of carbon to be removed from...
