April Fools!! Here's your Carbon Tax F#ckers!!!

Shitty. I haven’t put gas in my truck since the end of August. I timed it wrong I guess as I’m down to just a little above 1/4 tank. Oh well…& that’s a daily commuter….to & from work twice a day so about 88 trips there alone monthly…plus extra-curricular trips.

    Thank you, #Justinflation 🙄

Speaking of following the rules in parliament….there was a faux pas by the official opposition….where they immediately caught themselves (herself, in this case), stepped back and apologized immediately, and then proceeded. The word “s—t” made a rare appearance in the House of Commons on Tuesday...

    Black Lives Matter-Ugliness of Racism.

Honestly, I never heard of the guy until the last couple years….& The first time I saw him was when he was in the White House talking to Trump….& I though, “Holy shit, this guy is either really high or bat shit crazy….& he’s making Trump look sane and rational!!”

    Black Lives Matter-Ugliness of Racism.

So much bullshit could’ve been avoided with the initial slogan being “Lives Matter” and everyone and their dog could’ve gotten behind that message…but it wasn’t divisive enough at the time.

April Fools!! Here's your Carbon Tax F#ckers!!!

Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman asked Freeland to defend increases to the government’s carbon tax that are set to bring the tax to $170 per tonne by 2030. She said that is only adding to the economic pressure Canadians are facing. “We’re the only country in the G7 that has raised fuel taxes...

    Bill’s C-10 & C-11. If we aren’t talking about it already, shouldn’t we be?

The Globe and Mail reported late on Tuesday night that Bittle – together with his colleague, Liberal MP Lisa Hepfner – had sent a letter to the Lobbying Commissioner to seek an investigation into the funding of Digital First Canada, a group representing digital first creators. The letter may...

Majority of Conservative voters support defunding the CBC — but not attacks on media

https://apple.news/AKFPH05muQJyKHiwuInWFrA Is now a good time to talk about one of the most destructive forces in the Canadian media? I’m not talking Google or Facebook – though they are challenges to be dealt with – I’m talking about the predatory state-owned operation known as CBC. On...

Majority of Conservative voters support defunding the CBC — but not attacks on media

Isn’t that the truth….this is from Mid-February of this year: The incredible powers that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has given his government to freeze people’s bank accounts is based on their reliance on “analysis” from the CBC...

    Bill’s C-10 & C-11. If we aren’t talking about it already, shouldn’t we be?

Instead of aiming to create conditions for people to pursue their unique versions of the good life, there are growing attempts to mandate a shared objective. We’ve pivoted from enforcing minimum standards to attempting to regulate what one segment of society deems to be optimal standards for...

Drax: UK power station owner cuts down primary forests in Canada

Or use Natural Gas, which we have as a natural resource in plenty, and it burns cleaner in my 95% efficient furnace (for heat) than firewood, trees, & Buffalo Chips. There is also the potential for geothermal heat pumps in some places in the province. For electrical generation we have some...

Drax: UK power station owner cuts down primary forests in Canada

So, this started out about wood pellets for electrical generation in Britain’s largest power plant (responsible for 12% of the nations power), but here we are. Electrical Storage. If we don’t have a consistent reliable base load for electrical generation like nuclear or natural gas, then we...

Drax: UK power station owner cuts down primary forests in Canada

I, TOO, am saying that we need a mix with a reliable base load, as opposed to OUR Canadian Gov’t & they’re unrealistic deadlines, and lack of ability to make any kind of new infrastructure happened like pipelines or Nuclear Power Plants that get bogged down in the regulatory bureaucracy and then...
